“nice place”

wish staff was more attentive. I felt their attention was focused on large parties taking place. we had to repeatedly ask for more toiletries and towels. at the pool there were absolutely no towels and it took almost an hour before someone brought them. I had 3 wet kids and NO TOWELS!

“Walk to Shea's!”

This hotel was within walking distance of Shea's, had a nice indoor pool, wonderful breakfast and generous manager's reception. Our room was very comfortable for the five of us and I would recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone who wants to attend the theater in Buffalo. We just parked our car and walked all over.

“Loved it”

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff was very courteous and inviting. We had an awesome time and the surrounding area was great, even though we did not get to visit many of the restaurants in walking distance, we think this hotel was absolutely awesome. The rooms were clean, and the beds slept well. Can't beat it.

“Comfortable stay. Not a great area.”

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with a pool and laundry facilities on site. Parking is valet parking only, possibly because it is not a particularly nice area - although we did not see much of the rest of Buffalo itself, and many of the other large hotel names were also located in this area. For a business trip it would be perfect, but we chose it as a less hectic option to Niagara, which was the main reason for our stay and only half an hour away, so as a tourist it was perhaps not the highlight of our vacation. Staff were friendly and the breakfast very good.

Must see
Niagara is great. East Aurora is beautiful and well worth a visit, especially if you are an Arts and Crafts movement fan.

“Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be from the other reviews.”

My kids and I were looking for a very comfortable hotel with a nice pool/hot tub to enjoy after a long day of shopping. The room was great and the valet and front desk people nice. The pool was alot smaller than it looked in the pictures and was completely overrun by about 15 young men and their girlsfriends the night we wanted a quiet dip before bed and the next morning after breakfast. It was very loud and they were jumping in. There was a total lack of security to monitor the situation. Not the relaxing time that we had envisioned.

Area recommendations
Next time I would rent a room in Niagara Falls area....more family oriented.

“Sweet Suites”

Great Hotel, excellent breakfast. Comfortable and ample rooms with whirlpool, nice desk to work and they have microwave and a kitchinette. Nice details. Well maintained. Nice service. I stayed there twice and will go back.
