It is directly in front of the airport, however the planes taking off and landing did not keep us awake, it is also convenient when flying, you can park your vehicle there while you are away (then shuttle) another note, if you are Canadian, there is a Tim Horton's a few feet from the front door, I would def stay here again

Affordable pricing and convenient location. However there were some short comings. The shower head had no pressure which made it difficult to take a proper shower. I reckon it is set that way to save water and lower water bill. The vending machines were not working properly. Guys at front desk were good but girls could do better and be more pleasant.

The bed was so comfortable. My only complaint would be that the grout was pretty dirty in the washroom.

The hotel and room were clean, it was not noisy. The pillows were very comfortable. The shower water got nice and hot. They have a pool, but bring your room towel down just in case. The breakfast was not great, the coffee even worse. Hotel is good for a 1 or 2 night stay. Close to many restaurants.

This review centers around the fact that they attempted to charge us for damages we did not make. They eventually gave us a bill with the correct charges but still submitted a charge to my credit card that I now have to dispute. Irritating and sneaky.

We were woken up at 8am by staff screaming and knocking on doors.. housekeeping!! Also a manager screaming at another employee in front of everyone.

This property was a smaller hotel which had free parking and some amenities we had no time to partake in (such as pool and exercise room). The room was small with the bare essentials - no frills. We really liked the free breakfast and the multiple staff members that made the breakfast a success. The employees were very helpful and kind.

Honestly my only complaint was the wrinkly sheets. It just looks tacky and unprofessional. But our room was clean. I do think the air system could use an update. But it worked fine. And my kids loved the pool.

I did not like the fact that it was advertised as park and fly but after I had the room all booked and I was checked in they let me know parking was extra. Not cool!!!!

If you are to leave your vehicle and utilize the airport there is a long term parking fee. I apologize that its not listed properly on Expedia's website. I am actually sending an email to them to see if that can possibly be updated. I again, am sorry that was not listed properly on the website.

The front staff are amazing! Big thanks to Richie, Allistine & the lovely white haired gentlemen who brought us ice cream on our horrendous day of trying to salvage our vacation after Frontier Airlines cancelled our flight last minute at the airport gates. The staff made us feel at home and took us in after coming back from the airport- when things go wrong this crew showed us their incredible hospitality and sympathy!! That’s what I will remember more than the actual rooms. Here’s a review of the hotel aside from their wonderful service. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough as far as Queen beds go. It’s the usual set up that you would expect. Check in was good. We had parked our car for long stay - easy enough as it was on hotel grounds to one side of their lot. We could still go back to our car before while onsite. Richie our shuttle driver was ready and available at the time we had booked. The airport was a quick less than 5 minute drive away. When we had to be picked up again unexpectedly, Richie was there at the airport 5 minutes after we called for assistance. Breakfast was good and satisfying - selection included a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, a variety of bread and few cereals and oats, some milk, juice, coffee tea banana muffins and an apple to go. We didn’t get to use the pool or gym - both are small. My only complaints were smell in hallway and the noise from neighbouring rooms, planes and cars starting in the morning. Overall great stay
