The hot tub was foamy, hair in and around on tiles. No towels in pool area, but once notified they brought clean towels within minutes. Hot tub water cloudy.

The staff were really nice and it was definitely newly renovated and very clean, but our room was beside the ice machine and it literally kept me waking up multiple times throughout the night so I wasn’t well rested

Was very happy with our stay here. We need an accessible room when travelling and this room was actually the first room that was truly accessible. Most hotels say accessible but my husband being in a wheelchair can never fit into the bathrooms or move freely throughout the room but this hotel had plenty of room for him to get in the washroom and it had a lot of room in and around the beds for him to move around. Definitely recommend!

No room service. Ice should be salted it was massively slippery. Food choices are minimal. Free breakfast for what is charged would’ve been nice.

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The pool water was very cold so we did not end up staying long in the water because our 1 year old was shivering. The room temperature was set to 26.5 celcuis. The highest heat and it was still cold at night.

We checked in late after 10:30pm. The room looked decent, just a strand of hair and a little dirt on walls and mirror - we figured no big deal. While getting ready to turn in for the night around 12:30am, to my disbelief I noticed a BED BUG on the pillow!! We immediately took a photo and video, killed it, packed up our stuff and headed to the front desk. I quietly informed the lady at the counter that I hated to be the person to bring this up (as I am not the type of person to complain) showed her the video/photos and her exact words were “What’s your room number (418), I’ll switch your rooms” I asked has this happened before? She responded “this sort of thing happens with public lodging”. She showed no empathy or gave any sort of apologetic tone. We asked if switching our room was the best she could do as this was extremely unsettling and we wanted to either move to a sister hotel or be compensated. She responded “it’s not like I can call an exterminator right now and there’s a hockey tournament this weekend so it’s unlikely… and you would need to contact Expedia for compensation(since we booked through them)”. We decided to head to our new room and checked the room as best as we could (took another 45mins) to ensure there weren’t any bed bugs. Fortunately we didn’t see anything besides an opened bag of M&Ms in between the wall and dusty nightstand and a coffee bean on the floor (photos of this as well). Full review on Google with pictures.

Great service and general cleanliness. A light was out in our room which made it dark and the shower head sprayed the water everywhere. Minor things as the overall stay was excellent and I would stay there again.

Airport accessible but quiet
Great location and much cheaper than staying in Niagara Falls NY/ON! Room was clean and comfortable. It's directly across from the airport but we didn't hear a single plane. Would definitely stay again!
