major chunks of plaster missing on the walls in the room, remote tv didnot work, A.C. very noisy, never will go back again, locked out use of key after one day, rented for 3 days, told i have only 2, talk to checking thru outside plastic hole, 15 cars in lot at 9 P.M., 1 at 6A.M. good hint.

Not attentive, have to ring bell for service! Not fluent in English! Room not properly vented! Air comes from next unit. Hot water was extremely hot in tub, no cold water! Had to fill ice bucket with cold water from tap. Picked Hotel with Jacuzzi for Anniversary was disappointed not available. Went to sign out, attendant did not fluently understand English. Needed a final payment receipt, got original printed instead with no sign out date & time! Disappointed almost missed the entrance, had to make a U-turn.

There was no towels that the tub was filthy with hair and the windows broke and it sound like they had sex trafficking going on at the hotel I got woke up at 2 o’clock in the morning farm some lady getting beat in the room next-door to me which was in room 128 I started to call the Amherst for lease but I just decided to give them back the room key at 3 o’clock in the morning and to leave because I felt uncomfortable and remind you are checked in at 9 o’clock 9 o’clock or 9:30 at night

There was a roach in our room. Bathroom was not cleaned very well (someone else's pubic hairs in the shower) and the bedsheets we're stained. It was very musty smelling in the whole room. There door lock latch was broken like someone had kicked the door in. I noticed drug activity on the property. Over all, not a good place for out of Towner's to stay. I'm from buffalo NY and this part of town over the years has gotten worse with drug trafficking.

Ten minutes after arriving, we received an emergency phone call and had to leave. We had purchased insurance in case of just such an occurance, but only recieved $100.00 refund and were told that they were keeping the rest to pay for cleaning the room. We hadnt even sat down yet and feel that $45.00 was too much to keep.

Terrible motel experience
My experience in this motel was terrible. Checking in took half hour with non English speaking person, she had to call kids for help because she couldn’t find my booking. While standing outdoors in cold for half hour, I saw half naked and barefoot men coming out of his room. This didn’t look good to me at all. And guess what, I’ve got a key to the room next to naked guy. I’ve asked for a different room and was told they don’t have another room. After a while the receptionist gave me different room. Room was damaged, and dirty, with drunk people next door. On top of that experience I was charged double, two different prices for one night in hell. I’ve called Hotels.com 3 times already, but my money are still not returned.

My stay was fine, there is only one person there that can communicate with the average costumer. The ones that can’t speak English are exceptionally rude. The information that is given to customers about the boulevard Inn in Tonawanda NY is about 60% misleading. There are no hot tubs, the rooms are not awful, but are far from clean, missing electrical socket covers, mismatched doors, remote controls that don’t work with devices, no microwaves. I will say there were NO bed bugs, (however) I don’t mind guest of the two legged kind, but the many 8 legged ones where a little much. Could of chipped in on reservation payment if they wanted a room to. Cleanliness, I would rate 5.3 out of 10. Cobwebs, some dust, did I forget the 8 legged critters? But sheets where clean, bed was comfortable, water was nice and hot and worked. Overall, ok if you only need a stop over for a nape for the price. Would NOT recommend as a place to stay for an extended time, and definitely would not have children stay longer than again, a pit stop for a rest as you travel on to your destination, for the price.

Misrepresented the room
The riom that I reserved dis not have a hot tub in it like the photos showed on the website. I asked if we could get the room we originally seen and was told it was $200 a night. The bed was very uncomfortable with flat pillows. Loud and noisy neighbors for the entire stay. And the parking was crowded I had to make a parking spot.

Nothing about this property was sanitary or safe. The photos and description did not match the actual establishment. My family and I decided that with no working air conditioning, a broken bathroom door, the terrible odor, and lack of cleanliness not to mention an area that we did not feel comfortable having our children stay at we decided to leave and book another room elsewhere for the night. Orbits and the property should be ashamed of themselves for the price and false information that is presented with booking this property. I would like a refund immediately.

Not fancy but nice lil hot tub hotel
Almost missed the building small side faces the road but all in all it look like a motels 6’y kinda vibe but the floors and walls look like they we redone and the mini hot tub was comfortable for a couple under 6 ft tall the lights flicker on off one when you plug or unplug the hot tub. But no one got elected so. Also the ice machine was broken. All in all not a fancy place but a nice couple spot for sure

This hotel needs help not the cleanest place food left in fridge door to bathroom wouldn't close sheets looked dirty we slept on top of the sheets and i know we checked in later than others but he wasn't overly concerned. Given our keys and told check out was 11 and that was it.
