“Good hotel in a good area but reception staff rude and in need of some training!!!”

The hotel location and in general was good for a tour. My issues with the hotel were with the service provided by the Reception staff. We were booked on a wrong tour and just found out once we got there and had travelled on a bus for 2 hours!!! Had to pay £60 per person and it was not what I asked the hotel to book for us. Disgusting!!! They ruined our day!!! It was an 8 hour day tour and we could do nothing about it!!! The other wrong info was about the Tango Show. They inform you a price but when you get there it is another value. Obviously they do not know what they are doing!!!! The receptionist team leader was the worse and gave too much attitude!!! Also do not book this hotel because it includes the Tango Show. It was awful!!!! I would recommend you to pay and watch a proper Tango Show (Esquina Carlos Gardel)

“Very helpful staff, good location, good value for money”

We booked this hotel when it was discounted and it was really good value for money. The hotel staff were really helpful in getting us Boca Juniors tickets and very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel
