“Unfortunatly not impressed”

Arrogant staff (mainly the receptionist) who I thought looked down at my girlfriend and I who carried backpacks and not Gucci bags. I have stayed in many boutique hotels in many different cities and whilst this had the potential to be good, the staff and the overall lack of attention to detail and room appearance let the hotel down. For example the walls in our room were dirty, the headboard for the bed had stains on, and the pool was closed all week without even an apology from the hotel staff. These were just of a few of the annoyances I had but to surmise I was genuinely disappointed by our stay and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

“Awesome experience, highly reccomended!!!”

Perfect location in BA's trendiest neighborhood. Gorgeous lobby and nice big rooms, great staff. Breakfast was buffet was delicious. Look forward to going back here on my next trip to Buenos Aires.

“Don't even think about staying here.”

Not a good place to stay if you actually want to sleep, I was forced to take matters into my own hands to shut the very loud party up at 01:30. Reception would not do anything to reduce the noise caused by a party in a function room open to all the public areas of the hotel including floor landings. It turned out that the receptionist would not act because the party was for 'friends of the owner' The owner and I are no longer on speaking terms after I told him what I thought of trying to sleep in a night club. NEVER AGAIN...

“Ultra Deco & Bad Service”

Ultra au niveau de la décoration et de l'emplacement mais une ultra catastrophe au niveau du service (porte fermée le soir impossible de rentrer dans l'hotel pendant 20 min, le réceptionniste était au bar..., piscine salle : baignade impossible, petit déjeunée rudimentaire, service laundry très approximatif).
