“The room have a very strong smoke smell, I felt like being in an ashtry.”
So so, there's humidity in the room, it's hiden with the sents they're spreading around, but the bathroom door was rotten. and there was a lot of mild all around the tube.
“Great location. Great service.”
We had a hard time finding a place when our flight to Patagonia was cancelled so we changed a couple of hotels during our stay in Buenos Aires. Jam was the cutest one so far and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. It is in the hippest neighborhood so it is a little bit pricey. You also have to keep in mind that you won't find the luxuries of a hotel. But it has all the charm that you can't find in a hotel as well. The staff was great. Very friendly, very very helpful. The open buffet breakfast was not the best. It was quite limited but the pan bread was so good it compensated everything. (The other places we stayed in, served only toast bread and did not have a versatile buffet either but were expensive hotels all the same) Our stay in Jam was an experience in itself and it added so much to our stay in Buenos Aires !!!
“It s more a very nice guest house than a hotel.”
Just because there s no reception, it s just a desk. Nothing else. Nice place though
“Fantastic Hotel in a great location.”
Jam Suites is definitly a great Boutique hotel. Its location is superb. Close to great restaurants, bars and trendy shops. About a 10 Minute walk from the Subway and only 2 minutes to a major bus line as well. The hotel its self is owned and run by a lovely man and his assistants. Everyone at the hotel is extreamly helpful in providing information on the local areas as well as Buenos Aires as a whole. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. We stayed in 2 different rooms and bother were great. Bathrooms and rooms were clean daily and fresh towels given as well. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and it has a great garden to have breakfast in in the sun.
“One of the greatest deceptions”
If you ask for a Taxi or Remise to the one that is in charge of the reception, for sure your taxi will not arrive. We almost lose our plane because they just forget to ask for a Taxi with 12 hour of anticipation
“Great stay at the Jam Suites”
Hip boutique hotel in great location. Photos of classic rockers, blues and jazz artists all over the common areas, friendly owner/manager speaks perfect English. We stayed in a suite with 2 tweens. Easy access to soho shops and restaurants, but very quiet room on courtyard.
“A Great Little Hotel in the Heart of Buenos Aires”
I spent two nights here during a trip through Argentina, and I had a great time. The hotel is well maintained, and the decor and setting is beautiful and peaceful. My room (small by American standards, but quite comfortable) overlooked the entry courtyard, which is covered by grapevines. The staff was friendly and quite helpful.
“I would go back.”
Good place to stay, great location.
“If you are looking for a simple, clean, affordable and well located hotel.”
Well located. Old house transformed into a small hotel. Clean, simple and friendly staff.
“a beautiful small hotel”
This little hotel is a beautiful and cosy place in a nice neighbor hood. I especially loved the lobby, what is more a living room, and the garden. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt more as a personal guest in a friends house.
