This is a welcoming well run hotel. Reception are very helpful, rooms are large and comfortable with excellent showers, breakfast was the best we had in Argentina . An excellent stay.

All rooms are close to elevator, noisy, wall is quite thin, we can hear all the conversation around. Breakfast is basic , especially limited on plate and cup/glasses, you have to use your one set on your table to get foods and drinks, use the same cups for tea, juice and yogurt etc. no table service, you have to pay for them to make tea. No label for drinks, you have to taste it to guess what they are. so called street view room is too close to cross street apt building, you have to close the curtain all the times. Toilet is right behind bathroom door, if two or more persons in the hotel, do not get hit. Front and room services are great.

Really well located on a safe quiet street in Recoleta. Lots of shopping and dining and museums were very close by. The hotel room was clean and comfortable for our party of 4. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast was good with several hot options and many cold options. The hot tub was really hot the first time we went to use it but was a more comfortable temperature the following day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Nice hotel over all but mini bar in my room didn’t work and several of the juice based options had spoiled. I also found a women’s dress behind the night stand when I went to plug in my charger and a pool towel was found hanging in my closet.

Beautiful rooms, nice spa with sauna, exercise and hot tub. Gifted massage therapists! I have never had better. Very well trained and truly wonderful. Joaquin at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful in every way arranging transportation and breakfast to go and recommending amazing restaurants and activities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was convenient and old town charming. Really perfect in every way!!!

The hotel is nice but small. Great for a short stay. No restaurant or bar on property. Only serve breakfast and coffee. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping was great! It’s in a nice area with lots of dining options and a grocery store around the corner. It’s cheaper to uber from the airport than to use the hotel’s transportation - they just put you in a cab and charge you $40 when it is probably a $15 trip. Also the massage at the hotel was $90 and there is one around the corner for around $30.

Everyone in the hotel was just wonderful. Barbara was the front personal that gave us great suggestions and contacted tour companies and taxis for us. This is a boutique hotel three blocks from the Recoleta hotel. Very walkable area. We always felt save and there are many places to go and eat. I recommended the hotel to other tourist and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Buenos Aires and the Blank Recoleta Hotel was a perfect location for us. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean. The staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodated our requests in a timely manner. We wanted to especially than Joaquin who was very helpful and always greeted us upon leaving and returning....even when he was busy with another customer. He is a wonderful asset to your staff.
