Nice comfortable stay, helpful staff
Booked a junior suite for a night for USD49. I arrived at 9am, the reception staff gave me a room right away which was very much appreciated but I don't expect / demand this as of right. The 'junior suite' is just a double room, not particularly spacious but love the simple muted soothing colours. Everything is clean, bed comfortable. Large shower but can get a bit slippery. Unfortunately no idea whether breakfast is any good since I had to check out in the middle of the night at 2:30am. The night reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a ride with Cabify, he helped me call the driver and also asked me to stay inside the locked gates until the taxi arrives rather than stand on the street just to be on the safe side. Another staff helped me move my luggage into the car. Overall, nice comfortable stay, good customer service.

Convenient and courteous
The check-in service was prompt and courteous. We arrived very early and they made every effort to get us a room immediately. Room was neat and clean and many sights were within walking distance from the hotel.

Quiet Hotel
The breakfast was above standard . Plenty of scrambled eggs and toast. Plates and cutlery were sparkling clean. The room was clean and well maintained. As with most hotels we were required to wait several hours until check in time. Early morning check in after long international flight times once again presented us with a long wait before we were able to access the room to sleep. This something hotels need to address.

This hotel was in a great central location. Close to sites to see and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful. And spoke some english. We had only planned to stay 2 nights but we liked it so much and felt so comfortable there we changed our plans and stayed a third night. That last night we rented a car for our drive into the country the next day and there is a parking garage across the street you may use, but they also had a small parking area that is for guests staying longer than 10 days to use. But since they had open space they allowed us to us it for $300 pesos a night, the same price as the garage across the street. Stay here if you are coming to Buenos Aires and want to have a little of the familiar comforts of home with you.

Recommended for your Buenos Aires stay!
Very clean, modern hotel. I was very pleased with my whole experience there. Front desk staffer, Dario, was super helpful with both my earlier than anticipated arrival for check-in and in accommodating me for later check-out due to my later airport departure. I would totally stay at this hotel again as a first-choice within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Staff was very good, especially the front desk crew. Each and every one of them were helpful and courteous. Property is very clean. Breakfast was good. Full bar, but no dining available, other than snacks. Neighborhood not so hot, but they make the hotel a fortress at night. Felt very safe. Plenty of affordable taxis to take you wherever you need to go.

Great place to get a solid nights sleep!
Stayed in this hotel for the last night of a two week backpacking trip in the hope of getting a solid night of sleep before a long plane journey home. Highly recommend— room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to change room temperature, blackout curtains at the windows, etc. means that you can adjust the room to just as you like it to sleep. Plus checkout isn’t until 12pm :) Receptionists were helpful and spoke decent English.

Very quiet
Stayed here for 2 nights, property was very clean. Room was a little on the small side for my liking but the bathroom was great, had a big walk in shower. The wifi was very strong so I was able to stream Netflix with ease as the TV only had 1 English speaking channel. The breakfast was a buffet and the range of choice was excellent. There is a nice little cafe bar opposite that had live music which was handy for a quick drink after a day sightseeing. The hotel is in easy reach of Congressco about 10mins away, however after dark some of the surrounding streets did not seem such nice area so we walked quickly back.

Nice room, pity about the service
We stayed here for six nights in March 2018, in a Senior room, which was spacious, quiet, clean and with good water pressure in the shower. However, our stay was marred by poor service. We arrived at 11pm, after our flight from Iguazu Falls had been delayed by several hours. No one on the reception desk spoke English. The receptionist could not find our booking, pointing only to a cancelled booking I had made previously. I repeatedly showed him the receipt and new booking confirmation from hotels.com, but he seemed uninterested in looking this up in the system, and treated us with suspicion. Rather than offering us a room and suggesting we sort out in the booking in the morning, since it was almost 11:30pm at this point, he instead kept us waiting while he made a 10 minute phone call, presumably to the manager. Eventually he did offer us a room, which ended up being the smallest available, rather than the Senior room we had paid for. In the morning when we went down to reception, there was an English speaking attendant that was able to assist us, finding our 'lost' booking and checking us into the correct room. No compensation or apology was offered for their mistake and rude treatment the night before, and in fact the hotel refused to reimburse us the difference between the Senior room we had paid for and the small room we were given on the first night. It is unfortunate that the night receptionist did not seem to have the proper training, nor a customer service ethos.

Very nice neighborhood with shops close by.
I arrived at the hotel with a high fever and coughing. I asked the night manager where I could go to see a physician. His answer surprised me as he said he would call a physician and he would come to my room. 45 minutes later a physician was examining me and proscribed antibiotic and other medicines. The Physician would not accept any payment. The night manager had a person accompany my partner to the pharmacy at 2.00 AM. I THEREFORE recommend this hotel and their staff with all my heart. The antibiotic worked and I was on my way on a cruise three days later.

Hidden Gem in Buenos Aires
If you're visiting Buenos Aires, this hotel seems like a hidden gem for the cost. I've stayed at at least 6 different hotels in BA and this is by far the best. The only drawback is the area. Being in that side of 9 de Julio puts you in the need to grab an Uber to go to most great places nearby. Now, given the price of Uber here and the distances, I suggest you stay here and spend the extra 5 bucks getting around.

Great and very helpful staff. Clean, good size and comfortable room. The only one thing I would suggest could make this even better would be tea/coffee making facilities to be available in the room as the hotel doesn't have a full "kitchen" service. I would stay here again.

Not convenient for EZE airport
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you are flying into the AEP airport. They have shuttle service to that airport only not to the EZE airport. Just be aware if flying into EZE it will cost $65 US for taxi from that airport. Other than that I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay here again if in Buenos Aires.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel although the area is a little rough always felt safe as always seemed to be plenty of people about. A few excellent restaurants near the hotel. One note when i booked Expedia website stated that each evening there was a managers reception, one reason we chose this hotel. This isn't so and the website now states a welcome cocktail (this didn't happen either). However we did arrive at 9-30am after an overnight flight and they did allow us to get into our room which was great.

Newer Hotel with very nice Rooms
Arrived in the afternoon and upon checking into our room, we had trouble getting the safe to work, so they came up, took our bags and upgraded us to a bigger room as a sorry for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel throughout was very clean. Like new.

The hotel is clean, bright and light. In a very working class area, but no trouble at all. Once you have found the subway/metro travel is easy. (go out of hotel turn left until you hit the main road/avenue, turn right, walk 50 metres, you will see the SHELL petrol/gas station.

Ficamos em quarto grande, com dois ambientes, ótimo para família. Camas são ótimas, decoração tb, banheiro e chuveiro espetaculares.
