Excelente Hotel!!

Posted 24-Aug-2014
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive, organized, Miguel helped my husband and I find various things to do and what bus to take.
Cons: everything was great!
Location: There is many theaters, amazing restaurants, we went to el Caminito, LaValle street many things to do, shopping, restaurants, street performance..
Hotel was great and affordable, in the heart of Buenos Aires! excellent view to the Obelisco and the famous 9 de Julio. I would like to point out Miguel which he works in front desk, he helped my husband and I get around town without any hesitation. The room very clean and cozy. I had 4 pieces of luggage which I left opened when we went to do a tour around town. When we came back the room was cleaned and the luggage haven't even been touched (had bad experience in NYC some of my personal items were stolen). The breakfast was delicious had a variety of different pastries, cereals, coffee, teas, sandwiches. I couldn't have asked for any better service, the staff made me feel as if I was home. Thank you!!! we were in room #903

Hotel Bristol

Fantastic hotel - extremely friendly staff. One of the front desk men speaks English, which is extremely helpful. The waitstaff were are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. For example, one evening it was raining extremely hard - they lent us an umbrella, so we could continue sightseeing and exploring the city. When we had to check out, they let us keep our bags behind the desk, until we had to leave for the airport that evening. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Great hotel-1 minute to the Obelisco! Recommended!

Posted 01-Apr-2014
Location: Everything is only a few minutes walk from the hotel..
I stayed there for 9 nights and enjoyed every moment! The staff was very helpful with any question requests I had. In the lobby there is a security 24/7 and it feels very safe. Prices are not so bad and totally worth it.

Hotel Bristol is a great location if you're looking to take advantage of everything in downtown Buenos Aires. Lots of international and local places to eat close by including a Starbucks 100ft away. We got the basic room and expected basic comfort and had a basically great time!

Location: 1 min to the "subte" and Obelisk, 3 min to Teatro Col´┐Żn, 13-15 min to Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada, 16-18 min to Puerto Madero... on foot!
Some elements are a little outdated but totally acceptable. Hotel is in the best location in Buenos Aires, room was very clean, personnel was attentive, courteous and helpful. Hotel has excellent level of security. Best value in Buenos Aires!

We loved the hotel. The housekeeping, restaurant and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The location, though noisy in the daytime and full of other tourists, was centrally located and made it easy to get to other venues by subway or bus.
