“Not Impressed”

This is a very well located hotel and very confortable. But don´t forget to ask for a high floor room because could be noise.

“Hotel Esplendor Palermo”

I stayed there just for one night. Highly recommended, courteous staff, modern clean rooms, great location.

“Don't expect much luxury”

Our primary issue with this hotel was the fact that we could hear the elevator grinding from our room every time someone used it. The beds were terrible, with no fitted sheet or mattress pad so we would wake up with our skin touching bare mattress. There were also no comforters on the beds, just a dirty blanket. Housekeeping was inconsistent.

“Very Impressed”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Palermo Soho. The room was very modern, large and comfortable and the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had stayed at another boutique hotel in the neighbor the week before, but were blown away by the Esplendor in comparison. I would recommend this hotel, and I would also recommend the neighborhood of Palermo Soho.

“Comfy, Well located”

Second time here. Overall this hotel is very nice. You help yourself to breakfast on the ground floor. This needs improvement. They are very slow to clean the tables and if you come to breakfast late they don't replenish the food. The dirty tables and not replenishing the food trays made the breakfast a less than pleasant experience. Hotel's management should take greater care of these details. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is the only thing that needs improvement. HOTEL'S LOCATION IS EXCELLENT IF YOU PLAN TO GO TO JAPANESE GARDEN, BOTANICAL GARDEN AND ROSEDAL. IT IS ALSO CLOSE TO SUBWAY (D) WHICH IS A QUICK AND CHEAP WAY TO GET TO DOWNTOWN BUENOS AIRES.

“Great hotel for the price”

The people at the front desk were always eager to help, but not always the most knowledgable about every aspect of the city like nightlife and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special.

“Very nice hotel!”

The hotel needs to change the towels of the rooms. In my room, eveyday I used damaged towels. I left a message in the front desk to the general manager couple of times and she never talked to me. I never received a message from her and the problem was everyday The people of the front desk was EXCELENT. Mr. Pablo is the best one. Thank you Rafael

“Convenient, clean, friendly & reasonable”

Very nice boutique hotel in quiet location within 5 or 6 blocks from Plaza Serrano with shops, restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and room was well kept and adequate size, but a little cramped because too much furniture. Would definitley return because of cleanliness, proximity to Plaza Serrano, super friendly staff and overall value.

Area recommendations

We spent a day exploring Palermo Soho and a day in San Telmo before heading to the wine country in Mendoza. Once more day in central B.A.
