The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale

We enjoyed the property location and convenience to AEP. Small annoyance was that our room keys would quit working multiple times a day so had to go get them reset 4-5 times a day during the stay. Primary issue for the low review was that the rooms were terribly hot. The main corridors and entry were very nice but the rooms were in mid 80’s. The temps outside were in the 90’s and it took until 2/3am for the rooms to cool down. When we told the front desk they just said the air conditioning was running and no other solutions. Nobody expected them to be 60’s or anything unusual however since the main purpose of the room is to relax and sleep, it was less than ideal. Id recommend as a place to stay if they can get the air fixed.

Everyone at the hotel were wonderful telling us place to eat, arranging tours for us. Breakfast was included which we did not know about.

This place did not live up to my expectations. First of all, I arranged to be picked up at the airport before I departed from my original destination. Upon arrival I. Buenos Aires, I did not have any transportation. After two hours waiting at the airport and numerous calls to the hotel, I was finally told by the hotel to find a taxi. Horrible communications and poor customer service by this hotel. The hotel room was noisy and the bathroom was really outdated with mold in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke with minimal items available. The trays were always empty and no worker in sight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This property is maybe a two star hotel. Expedia needs to updated its review of this hotel. Again, horrible hotel. Find a nicer place to stay and stay away from this hotel.

Good morning Eddie, we are sorry for what happened with the transfer, the driver who was assigned to go on his trip had severe chest pain and had to be admitted to a hospital, we were able to get him another transfer who came to meet you and sent us photos that he was waiting for you at McDonalds, you did not give us a phone number with WhatsApp, therefore the meeting was complicated.Regarding breakfast, we consider it to be quite complete compared to other 4-star hotels in the area.May you have a good life.

Great choice to stay in Buenos Aires. The location is superb, very close to all BA landmarks. The hotel is really nice and clean. The beds are comfy. And the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you!

The hotel has great architecture with the rooms having high ceilings and small balconies in the Argentinian stlye. The room we got was quite spacious. The only downside is the tub/shower situation which can be a bit difficult to get into and out of if you have issues with mobility. The staff are quite friendly and speak English, if you are a non-Spanish speaker. The hotel is next door to the Galleria Pacificos, a huge mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The atea surrounding also has several restaurants and it's very close to the tourist hotspots.

Chequed in and the hotel room did not have A/C in Argentina in March... they did not have another room or fan or were not able to help much - arrived at 1AM, if not I would have moved to another hotel. I was looking forward to staying there... not anymore.

The hotel is modern and preserves the original architecture of the last century. The room was comfortable and cool. It is very safe and is located in the center of the city. The staff was very attentive and always answered my questions. They also helped me to change dollars.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating with our horrible Spanish. The hotel location is central to many places you want to get in the city. My only criticism is that the hotel itself photographs better than it is in person. It is slightly worse for wear but overall clean and comfortable to stay in. I would stay here again.

It needs an update. Rooms are the same as 10 years ago. Central a/c never gets quite cool enough in summer. However , location is great.

I couldn't sleep the entire night
I spent one night there and i am glad that was the only night i booked it. The hotel is beautiful but the NOISE from the street was ongoing all night and it was LOUD. if you want to sleep at night pick somewhere else.

Great location.
We had a great time in Buenos Aires. The hotel location was perfect, close to every thing in the heart of The Florida Street. You can walk every were from the hotel. No need to take a taxi to other parts of town. Bus service was great, and so close to the hotel. Overall location was what makes this hotel appealing. I would return again. Price was good

Don't trust the photos
The photos shown on site are much better than the real conditions. The hotel is small and poor maintenance. Bad smell in rooms. A lot of mosquitoes in one of our room. The only credit is near the shopping mall. Don't waste your money.

Basic good hotel in excellent location
Clean, great location, in-room safe (breakfast can be had at nearby shopping mall food court or fast food place on corner). Basic hotel good for the 2 days we had to explore the city. Need to bring bathtub suctioncup appliques to prevent slip/fall. Front desk is efficient, friendly and professional. Very good value for the money at its location in the city.

Great location and fair price
The hotel is close very central.....not far from San Telmo, Recoleta, the Plaza de Mayo ....great for walking but also short cab rides away and Taxis are not expensive. A healthy breakfast is included with the room and the room rates are reasonable ....love the high ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows that open onto Juliette balconies...very elegant but modern at the same time..

Smack in the middle
Talk about location, you can walk from here to the obelisk, the pedestrian Florida and LaValle streets, the overwhelming Galerias Pacifico (3 story mall) is right next door, the Casa Rosada and the Cathedral are but 10 minutes away, plus a nice cafe right across the street. Would have liked if they would have bent the rules and allow us to check in earlier than 2, and even at 2 the rooms were not ready for another half hour - perhaps maintenance understaffed? The check-out is way too early at 10 AM, and our group of 6 had to wait until 7:30 PM to go to the airport, everyone in our group was sick with a cold and we took over their first floor game room, they were very nice to allow us the use for such a long time and arranged for great airport transportation - intl. airport is a solid 45 minutes away, remember that.

Great hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires
It is a beautiful old hotel remodeled with very modern look, the rooms are super confortable and big, the location can not be better, next to the most beautiful shopping center of B.A. Galleries Pacifico, to the pedestrian street Florida and close to all mayor tourist attractions, every time we come to BA we stay here, it is the perfect value for your money.

The hotel was dirty. Our pillow had dirt stains on it and the replacement had red stains. The bathroom was gross and tiles were falling off. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day late and they would not agree to refund one night. The place was empty.

Clean, Modern, Simple
Clean rooms in a great location within a large landmark mall, the Galerias Pacifico, which made it a lot easier to find for taxi drivers than some other boutique hotels that I have stayed in. I should note that the mall is within a beautifully restored building that must date at least from the early 20th century. The room (we upgraded to the 3-person suite) was huge -- and not that much costlier. It was clean and outfitted with modern decor. Some of the details could have been better: The door to the bathroom didn't completely latch and the shower wasn't all that attractive, but you couldn't ask for a more solid room for the price in such a great area, just one block over from Florida street and close to the Buquebus ferry to Uruguay. Breakfast was included. Nothing fancy, but certainly ample and better than what you get at a lot of U.S. hotels, and the cafe's hardwood floors and decorative columns gave it a nice European ambiance. Some days the coffee was better than others (but hey, there's a Starbucks less than a block away...) All in all, this property was well-appointed and accomplished what it set out to: solid rooms in a modern, simple and overall stylish setting.

Fabulous Deal
I had combed through quite a few hotels in Buenos Aires before selecting this one based on location, price and reviews. Sometimes I strike out but this hotel delivered. It really exceeded my expectations. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was stunning - many fresh fruits, many types of juices, delicious pastries, cheeses, and more. Can't say enough good things about the front desk staff member, Damian, who spoke English fluently and went out of his way to answer our rather particular questions in a very patient and helpful manner.

Good hotel downtown
Perfect start of a month trip in Argentina....i only stayed 2 days in Buenos Aires, and being centrally located, in a safe and confortable hotel, with great customer service (Felix) really made a difference. I would go back without hesitating!

This is a well located hoteland to paraphrase my daughter 'very cool and contemporary.' The desk staff were amazing - arranging to hold our bags prior to check in and deliver them to our room; making recommendations and arrangements for a Tango show that was spot on what we were looking for; and even allowing us a late check out so we could chenge before heading to the airport after our morning tour. That being said, the hotel is a little dated and run down. The bedding wasn't what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and the bathroom tub was looking in need of a make over. The worst problem we encountered was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast buffet had all the basics you would be looking for-nothing outstanding but the coffee was very good!

Nice hotel next to the shopping mall
This is a very decent hotel located near many attractions of the city. The staff speaks English and were very helpful. The breakfast provided is good too, so is the wifi :)

Central location, but a bit pricy.
Very handy location in the centre of BA. Rooms very spacious. Chairs were some type of wire contraptions which we couldn't sit in. No tea, coffee, kettle provided. Bathroom sink was set on a wooden benchtop that has been warped by water, needs replacing. Expensive for what you get.

Exelent hotel for a much better price, only the breckfast are very poor
