The staff was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed breakfast at the rooftop area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We felt specially safe with attended lobby and doorman. There is also a safe in the room, where we kept our passports and extra cash. Concierge helped me set up the taxi service before my arrival which helped me feel more relaxed (I heard taking a random taxi at the airport is not safe). Palermo Hollywood is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and parc. The tourist bus stop is about 8 blocks away. I recommend this hotel, we had a great experience.

It didn’t have any space in the bathroom. No cabinets to put anything in or counter space to place on. There wasn’t a hook to hang anything on not even for a used towel. Although the room was large there wasn’t any dresser to put cloths in. The lobby was in need of at least a fresh coat of paint if not a complete upgrade. On a positive note the breakfast was very good.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the neighborhood and the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. The huge bed was really comfortable. The lobby area could do with some design attention but otherwise a great stay in a great location.

The location is in the trendy district of Palermo. There are lots of places to eat a drink and it is a good base from where to visit many areas in Buenos Aires.

The locations is perfect for adults (25-45) lots of bars and nightclubs. Also, there are many restaurants with variety of cosines. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh fruits and lots of pastries. They have almond and soy milk. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. House keeping was very good and clean our room every day. The room needed a little bit of love.

Unfortunately the staff was not trained, they didn’t find our reservations, the payment was super complex, we didn’t received the complementary wine promised and the check out took almost 30min. I don’t recommend this hotel

Bel hôtel, bien situé, à très bon prix!
Bel hotel assez récent dans le quartier de Palermo, qui est situé juste à côté du quartier plus touristique de Ricoletta. Notre chambre (323) etait immense comparée d'autres sur le même étage. Excellent service avec plusieurs personnes qui parlent anglais. Plusieurs restos, services et cafés branchés à deux pas de l'hôtel. Attention de ne pas réserver de voyage genre tour de ville en bus nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher. Pensez à apporter votre ouvre-bouteille, votre parapluie et vos adaptateurs électriques! Vraiment je vous le recommande.

The e key card failed to wired 7 times in the short time I was staying. One lift of the two didn’t work. Wifi is very poor. Virtually non existent at the poolside. Front desk staff were great. Especially Christopher who was very nice and helpful. All the front desk were nice. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

The room was huge with a king size bed. Breakfast was abundant and varied, although the coffee could be better. The dining room on the last floor is very nice with great views. The location is great, with plenty of nice bars and restaurants around. The only issue is noise during the weekends. Although the windows are as soundproof as they get, you can still hear music from the bars around the hotel. Aside from this, is a very nice place to stay in Palermo.

I asked for a quiet room. They put me on the sixth floor but then hosted a late party on a Wednesday on the seventh floor. Are they a hotel or a party venue? I can’t imagine that anyone on the sixth floor got a good nights rest.

This hotel was disappointing since the moment we arrived. It was almost midnight and while checking in the front desk person was not pleasant. No welcoming or smiling and if we didn’t ask we wouldn’t get the breakfast or gym info. The hallway was dirty and needs wall remodeling. Rooms are clean but not what we expected based on the pictures. No pool available because of the season. The bathroom was clean. We ordered a queen bed and twin, but we got 3 twins. Balcony is soooo small and a waste of the space because the way it’s buikt is crazy. To me it’s crazy that we have to call every day for towels to get changed. We even put them on the floor and they left them there. Breakfast was ok! Medialunas were amazing with dulce de leche. I think the only plus this hotel has it is basically the great location in Palermo where you can find millions of restaurants and bars. Also I considered a safe zone to explore around.
