“Good choice of temporary apartment.”

Well decorated apartment, excellent neighborhhood, the only thing it was that items i requested wasn´t provided, like a hairdryer and internet conection.

To rate it "two stars" would be amply generous. Management is AWOL. Reception was rude and mostly unfriendly. Cleaning is a misnomer here. Bathroom accesories non existent. Towels torn and poorly washed. Apparently this lodging is chosen mostly by younger, very noisy and roudy sets, who mistakenly feel that somewhat pricing trumps much lower value. Should you have a request or complaint, do not waste time bringing it to the attention of Reception, they simply do not care, after all "it is your problem, dummy". Many other better options in price ad value in the neighbourhood.

“Love the Apartment-Style!”

The apartment was big and well kept. The power went out in the middle of the night and the reception did everything they could. When they couldn't fix it they immediately upgraded us to another apartment. It's perfect for the family travellers. Outside pool is beautiful but a little cold, the gym is small but enough to make do. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting something other than a hotel stay.

“Need to do maintenance urgently!”

Excellent location. Staff very friendly, who allowed us to check in 4hrs prior! Unfortunately, apartments look a bit ran-down and maintenance is urgently required (scratches on walls and doors, rusty equipment at the gym -not working at all- and no AC in work-out space!, thin/torn towels...-, which is very sad. Had stayed there in 2009 and loved it, but after our experience in Dec.2010, would not go back...

“Good value in Buenos Aires!!”

We had a pleasant stay. Very good location. No reception desk, only a 24 hour doorman, who does not speak English. Spacious rooms. I prefered the rooms on the backside, because of a little traffic noise. Breakfast consisted of a small glass of orange juice, coffee or tea and two delicious croissants. No other options and the breakfast was only served as from 8 am.

“Great place for extended stays...”

Much more space than what you normally would get in a hotel in B.A. Here you get a very comfortable studio apartment, fully equipped. The only downside, it is not a hotel, there are no services such as doorman, bellhop, front desk, concierge, etc. Although you do get daily maid service. I especially recommend it for extended stays.

The apartment is clean with new furnitures and the location is near from many places. I will recommend for my friends.

“CONCORD CALLAO BY TEMPORARY APARTMENTS”

GREAT LOCATION GREAT LOCATION!! THE INCONVENIENT WAS THAT WE PAID FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM HOWEVER THERE WERE SEVERAL ROOMS IN THE FLOOR WITH PEOPLE SMOKING ALL DAY LONG OUTSIDE THEIR ROOMS THE DAY BEFORE FLYING HOME THERE WAS A PARTY IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM, IT WAS 3:00 AM, PEOPLE DRINKING AT THE DOOR, YELLING, YOU KNOW, BEAUTIFUL. WE COMPLAINED AT THE FRONT DESK BUT THEY DID NOTHING. THESE APARTMENTS HAVE A LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR RATES ARE GREAT
