Good shower comfy bed very poor wifi none round pool. Thin walls fridge did not cool but no ice available when requested lack of maintenance average breakfast

While there was a slight language barrier for us as English speakers, we didn't feel as though the hotel staff was willing or interested in helping us navigate the city or our plans. One of the front desk attendants did help us make a dinner reservation one night but besides that, we were told to google the answers we were looking for. We wanted to change and wash up before heading to the airport since we checked out of our room and the "spa" which is shared with another property was essentially abandoned. There were no towels for the pool or spa, no toilet paper, napkins or soap in the bathroom and we ended up going to the airport to wash our faces and change.

The room was great and staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job communicating with the venue and arranging a taxi for a tango show when the company we had booked through did not show up. It was much appreciated! The neighborhood is great, tons of restaurants and shops.

Love the area, and the service… room was gorgeous… after having bad experiences with bed confort and pillows in Buenos aires in other properties like soho point this was perfect! Felt like home… breakfast was great too!

No hot water during 3 of the 5 days. Construccion noise is so annoying. Made the complaint for both issues and I was ignored. I have been going to the hotel for the last 6 years. I don’t know if I’ll come back again

Room was large, modern, and spotlessly clean. With the sound-proof glass there was no noise from the busy street below. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood was swanky with good restaurants. Very walkable.

1.Muy decepcionantes. Llegue al hotel alrededor de las 22 horas en camioneta, comencé a bajar todas las maletas y no salio nadie a ayudarme. Tuve que pedir ayuda . 2. El lugar parecía ina bailanta: cumbia a alto volumen, frente a mi se disputaban quien le correspondia acompañarme a la habitación. Aparentemente nadie tenia muchas ganas de trabajar. 4. DURANTE mi estadia, les avise al personal en 7 OCASIONES DIFERENTES Y EN TODOS LOS TURNOS que estuvieran ATENTOS PORQUE me iban a traer una entrada para la final de Fútbol sub 20. Les consulté si me la recibían una vez hecho el check out y yo volvía a buscarlas. Me dijeron que si. Que iban a dejar una nota y avisar al staff. Cuestión que no prestaron atención, llego mensajería de UPS, y como yo no estaba en el hotel rechazaron recibirla. CONCLUSION: PERDI 150 DÓLARES DE LA ENTRADA. MAS LA ESTADÍA Y EL PASAJE DE BUQUEBUS. NUNCA MAS ME QUEDO EN NINGUN CASA SUR.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The front desk people were extremely helpful. We had very late flights and they allowed us to keep our rooms until 2 pm. Nice breakfast, lovely pool area.

Modern, sleek, and comfortable in Palermo
It was all very good here; modern beautiful hotel with every amenity we needed. Breakfast was average, but there are many cafes nearby. They helped us schedule Covid tests too, and that was a huge help. Good location, but a long drive to the International airport.

The hotel is located in Palermo Chico in a nice area with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Easy to catch cab to access other parts of the city.

Looks nicer at first sight than it actually is. No ac in the hallways and our ac wasn’t working in our room until they sent someone up. They only give 2 pillows for 2 people and bed wasn’t very comfortable
