Nice place in a great location.
This hotel is in a great location near great shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. We had a little kitchenette that was very helpful given the length of our stay.

Air-con leaked water. So we opened balcony door for ventilation during our 3 night stay. Cold water tap in bathroom was broken, so only hot water was available. Toilet tank had problem. Every few minutes the regulator let water in which created loud noise and it went on day and night. Informed front desk before going out early morning, but nothing was done when we came back in the evening. Maybe other rooms are better. If you get Room 202, hope that the problems are solved by now. Other than these, room is spacious, kitchen has enough appliances to make breakfast & simple meal. Convenient location next to the mall, restaurants. Supermarket across the street has good selection of wine.

Affordable, good place in Recoleta
The hotel is superbly located, one block from the Mall of Recoleta, and one block from the central cemetery with Evita's grave. It is affordable, the staff is helpful and speaks English. Breakfast comes to your room. I had only one negative experience, but that was really bad. I told the staff three days in advance that I needed a cab to go to the airport. On the day of my departure, the cab did not come. After 30 minutes, I got nervous, and asked them to call another cab. They did, and that one came, but was 200 pesos more expensive. And, the trip to the airport took 80 minutes, not 45, as I was told. So leave plenty of time for your departure, and do not assume that a reserved cab will actually show up.

This hotel has very spacious rooms in a PERFECT location. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. Whether it was getting a remise for us, storing our baggage, and even lending us an umbrella, these guys went out of their way for us. If you're looking for a great place to eat nearby, check out Rodi Bar.

Check in was smooth. Staff was helpful. Room is spacious, clean. Place is close to tourist attractions. However, on friday nights and weekends, be prepared for the ruckus from the nearby pubs and bars.

Best location in Buenos Aires
Location across from Recoleta Cemetery is the best in BA, a safe and lively neighborhood. The room is huge with a kitchenette at one end. Liked having breakfast brought to the room to eat at our leisure. Front desk very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing advice, arranged for a car to take us to EZE when leaving for less than a taxi. Minuses: lack of stations in English on satellite TV, very loud music playing on weekend nights that woke us up and shook the building. Because of this I would not stay here again on a weekend but would during the week.

Great value, great location.
We arrived early from our cruise ship and they were able to provide us a room. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious. Furnishings could use updating. Breakfast was delivered to the room, basket of breads, cereal and coffee. Great location.

Great hotel in a perfect location
This hotel is excellent value for money for this city. The room was huge and comfortable with a king size bed. Reception staff were very accommodation with an early check in after we got off of our cruise ship. I can remember the fellows name when we checked in, but Leandro was also very helpful at check out with storing our bags, and arranging a ride to the airport for us. Tons of restaurants within 1 block and also 2 shopping malls. Many attractions are nearby, and the Recoleta Cemetery with Eva and Juan Peron is across the street. Our included breakfast was even delivered to our room when we were ready for it, and the room also has kitchen facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Buenos Aires.

We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and found it was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed, including access to public transport (a 10min walk to Las Heras station), plenty of nice restaurants and bars just around the corner (including Recoleta Mall) and supermarkets. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was seeviced daily.

Great hotel in a great location.
Aires De Recoleta apartment hotel was awesome! All of the hotel staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. Our lack of Spanish was not an issue as the front desk clerks were fluent in English. The room was like set up like a small apartment with a kitchen, dining table, sofa, and comfortable chair. Our 7th floor room had a balcony that overlooked the Recoleta cemetery and a large park that had an outdoor market. The in room breakfast included cereal, juice, coffe, yogurt, fruit and an assortment of very good breads. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We did not appreciate not having coffee makers in the rooms, which should be standard equipment in an apart hotel. Even though the listing said they had them when we booked, they did not and not even specifically asking for them could we get one! Some of our 5 rooms did not even have a kettle to get hot water! It did not have some of the basic essentials you find in most hotels/apart-hotels such as Kleenex, enlarging mirror or blow dryer.

This apartment complex is right in the heart of Recoleta which is probably one of the safest parts of Buenos Aires and so close to attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery (300 metres), near a string of restaurants of variable standard and, for those who can't visit a foreign city without shopping, the modern Recoleta mall is less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was adequate in every respect and negative comments would cover the lack of laundry facilities and the sameness of the breakfast (not that surprising). I would recommend it for its spaciousness (tiny bathroom exempted), great location and in a quiet-ish neighbourhood.

The staff was pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom sink had a leak and when I reported it they told me they could not repair it. The dripping noise was unpleasant. The plumbing for the bathtub did not work, the water (with a very high pressure) shot directly to the shower. I burned myself twice having trouble regulating it. The bathroom was advertised as having a bathtub, but in fact I couldn't use it. I was told (again) that it could not be fixed. I was not offered a different room. It was just: "we can't fix it... period". All of this was very unpleasant, especially the lack of good will to accomodate a reasonable request.

From the outside, I was a bit apprehensive about my choice but delighted to see the cleanliness of the lobby and the spaciousness of our room. It was clean. Great lighting. Amazing water pressure! Table for 4 with chairs- couch - two beds - full mirror - small refrigerator, toaster, microwave and two burners with pots and pans in the kitchenette, and more. (Bring your own wine bottle opener, but there are glasses.) It is not a new hotel but we were pleased with our choice. The staff was very helpful. Our party of 4 arrived quite early. One room was available so we put all our luggage in it and then explored the area. The second room was available before check-in. Our room had an aerial view of the Recoleta cemetery. Many places to eat and walk to from here. Hop on Hop Off stop very nearby. We were able to store our luggage after checkout since we had an evening flight. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We were only there one night so I didn't pursue this, but breakfast was supposed to be included. We had expected that something would be set up in the lobby. I think we missed the procedure, which possibly was a room service breakfast. Check on that when you check in. It really didn't matter to us.

We spent four nights here and were very happy. The hotel stowed our luggage after one night so we could travel to Iguazu Falls. When we returned they had placed our bags in our new room for the next three nights, and had the air conditioning running. The front desk staff was very friendly, some more proficient in English than others, but they were very happy to order a car for us, and give us walking directions to an atm when needed. The in room breakfast tray was a treat, coffee, pastries, smoothie/kefir, cereal, milk. The room was spacious and there was a complete kitchenette.

A very nice little hotel in a very "fashionable" Buenos Aires neighborhood (Recoleta). Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It's also only about 100 Mtrls from the Cemetary where Eva Peron is buried. Three blocks from a Metro Station.

Very happy with this boutique hotel in Recoleta
The location is great. It's right next to the Cemetery, which is one of the top tourist sites in Buenos Aires. It's also very close to the Fine Arts Museum, which is free and has a nice collection. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was very large. It's more like a studio apartment, because it has a small kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay in this apart-hotel a great deal. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette was very handy. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful although only one or two spoke English. As one of those annoying mono-lingual people, I found I had to go to reception two or three times to get a question answered because of the language barrier. I was recovering from illness and a bit of tiredness from my trip to Antarctica and it was a great place to rest up and revitalise for the rest of my trip. If you are more active than I was, the location is great for the cultural side of Buenos Aires too - right near the cemetery and Recoleta Mall.
