Liked: Good location, lots of space for the price. Disliked: Their web site stated incorrectly the presence of 24hr reception when there was rarely any reception person present. If fact it was difficult to make any contact with them even by phone or email. Efforts to confirm our registration were difficult and stressful. The said they would confirm by email which they never did.Their website also indicated breakfast when none was provided. Also said baggage storage was available when it was not.

Perfect location for hanging out in Buenos Aires. We can walk 15-20 mins to major attractions. We love to walk around to feel the city. If you don't want to walk, you can get a taxi easily on the street. There are many restaurant options near by. Maria and all other staffs are very nice. Maria helped us check in, and she setup a Whatsapp session with us for communication that was very helpful.

Great apartment
Great location, spacious apartment, very responsive management. Small issues with bathroom conditions--leaky shower glass door fixture, shampoo holder not secure, toilet paper roll fixture falling off, but truly very minor. I would stay again.

The hotel should be able to accommodate guests who need to leave their bags at checkout for a few hours, in case of late flights. They are not flexible as they don’t have an attendant on duty. Otherwise it’s a nice and clean place. Good location.

We loved staying here, but can’t give it 5 stars because of the last minute charge for late arrival. We didn’t see it noted on their website or in any communication until the actual day of arrival when they sent us a text. They insisted on cash. They had all our flight info a month ahead and didn’t mention it at that time. Their communication appears to only be in Spanish on WhatsApp. The room was very quiet, convenient, we loved the area—too bad about the charges.

Clean and quiet. Room was very pleasant and clean. Balcony was welcoming. Maria is wonderful as the host manager. Very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. I would let my daughter stay there by herself. Close to all the Recolleta attractions.

Super-friendly, great management. I was concerned about a late-checkout, no problem, a small payment. Two apartments on each floor, any in a renovated building are going to be noisy, huge trucks at traffic lights growl when they start up. I'm hyper-sensitive to environmental noise, it wasn't enough to make me used the ear plugs airlines pass out. A tradeoff, an occasionally rumble, with the charm and fun of a non-cookie-cutter you could actually live in v. non-stop door slamming from all the rooms down the hall and all other floors. For US visitors: like everywhere else in the world, bring your own washcloth, they're never provided. Floors are wooden, not carpet, pack your slippers if that's an issue. A special mention of the showers, HOT water, lots of it, ancient shower heads that remind you of what a 'powerful' shower was. Living area had a real sofa, an easy chair, bedroom had extra pillows in the closet. Small grocery adjacent, highly-awarded restaurant at the end of the street. Again, management made me feel like I was a guest in a home. After decades of travel I'm hard to please and extremely critical. I'd like to stay there again!

Good location, walking distance to cemetery and lots of good restaurants near by. We walked to city center too although it is a long walk, particularly during summer heat... so maybe get an Uber. Rooms were large and clean, fairly quiet too. Staff are friendly and helpful, they arranged an airport taxi for us and had no problem with a very late check in.

Big livingroom with couch and chair, great cable tv choices including CNN and also Fox as well as lots of other US shows that were dubbed, but could be played in English at touch of a button. Bed Excellent and a real King, in a large room with two sets of curtains, and an exterior terrace(we did not use). Also excellent bathroom with plenty of pressure and good hot water. Kitchenette fully functional, with big fridge. ONLY negative was that the fridge made a truely horrible noise when compressor came on, and even with kitchen door shut, it was still way too loud. Mgmt said they would look to repair. Air conditioning Excellent! Location Excellent....a little noise from a restaurant across the street, but hey that was part of the local atmosphere. It is very well situated in Recoleta, and we would definitely stay there again. Controlled entry access, and good 24 hour desk staff. (Our review and stay was on calle Peña2268, and as I write this review it is showing as “Comuna,2 “so just be aware...)

The property is very well-located, right between the Recoleta Cemetery and the El Ateneo Bookstore. It looks beautiful. It was a fully functional 1-bedroom apartment except for the lack of a laundry. Everything worked perfectly. Sebastian was very friendly at the reception, giving us suggestions of what to do, and helping out with everything we needed. I would book the same place again for sure.

The entire staff was super helpful and pleasant. The did everything in their power to be accomodating, from allowing us into our room early to supplying maps and valuable information. They called rides for us and told us where the locals ate. The property is very clean and well maintained and in the Roleta area. We didn't really know what that meant at the beginning of our stay but found it to be in a wonderful, safe, central location close to many parks and stores in walking distance. Within 100 meters there was a bakery, a tiny local market, a fruit store and several restaurants. the Suite had a nice little kitchen stocked with a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, tea and dishes and cutlery. It was spacious with ample closet and storage space and a room safe. The only suggestion for the suite would be a large mirror on the wall of the sleeping area in addition to the (only) mirror in the bathroom. We loved it and would stay there again if we ever travel to Buenos Aires again.

I love the size of this apartment, it was definitely worth the money. The amenities are good, front desk guys are really helpful and knowledgeable about attractions. Breakfast was very basic, would have been better if they served eggs or something so. Overall a good choice.

The apartment was modest but a good size and quite comfortable. The staff were terrific and went out of their way to assist us in whatever way we needed. Even though these are private apartments, the property offers a range of concierge services, including daily room cleaning, so you have the best of both worlds. The location was good, too. In easy walking distance to local tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, banks/ATMs, etc. Highly recommended.

Hotel front door is quite discreet so it's better to search from street number instead of property name when taking taxi/uber. It is basically an apartment with very basic utensils provided, except washing machine. There are ample of launderette nearby anyway. Location is safe and wifi is stable. the only downside is the uninteresting breakfast which is sent to our room directly each morning.

Rest and Relaxation in Recoleta
The hotel is on a mostly quiet street in Recoleta, near some dining spots and just a short walk from the Recoleta mall and the cemetary. Taxis are abundant and it seems like the neighborhood is safe and friendly. Lots of locals out walking their dogs. There is a drug store one block away, a parilla directly across the street, and a convenience store just next door. I found walking around was very easy and enjoyable. The hotel has 2 elevators, is quite minimalist and it has a mid century feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way possible 24 hours a day. Here are some highlights of my weekend stay in room 5A. The good: Excellent water pressure, super clean, firm, comfortable beds, separate living and bed rooms, long beautiful balcony, excellent temperature controls, great complimentary in room wifi. The not so good: Paper thin walls and ceilings where I could hear every single word spoken by people showering a floor above me and every step they took, street noise from cars below, dogs barking and crying children in apartments across the street echoing through the canyon-like street, low quality soap and shampoo/conditioner products provided (so maybe bring your own). This is a good place to stay as a base for exploring the rest of the city. The best sites and places are close by and you feel like you're staying in a quaint Paris neighborhood. The price was right and all in all, I slept well here and I enjoyed my first visit to BA.

We were in and out of BA over a two week period both for sightseeing and work and we stayed at the Art Suites & Gallery whenever we were in town. The location is excellent, with the cemetery and other sightseeing within walking distance. Also, there are plenty of food and drink options from the Disco and Coto supermarkets around the corner to bars and restaurants right outside the front door. The guys at reception were always helpful, be it with recommendations, booking taxis, explaining Subte or helping with bags at the door. They speak excellent English. The apartments had plenty of space for me, my wife and toddler and a baby crib was provided, with an area to cook for the little one. The wifi also works flawlessly!! All in all, highly recommended.
