Beds were very old. Lumpy. Not clean. Pool tiny and cold. Kitchen not stocked or functional. Left iPad by mistake but they claimed it wasn’t there.

we had a problem with the stove, but it was fixed. We then relocated to a bigger apartment. Overall, we were happy, and it was a very safe area.

I was in a first floor unit, quite run down and horrible view (to the back and the parking lot on the main floor). The pool is the selling feature, and great to have during the summer! It was annoying that they didn't have someone in reception 24hrs, or that I couldn't go before check in time to drop off my things

Dirty accomodations.
Called a day ahead informing them I was travelling with a group of 9ppl. And we had 9 rooms. Asked if it would be possible to get 1 or 2 rooms early check in. 11am-noon instead of 2pm. That way a few elder ppl who had 18 hour flights could rest. And the rest could leave their bags. Well we show up and are only allowed to leave bags and told check in is at 2pm. There were available rooms, I dont know what was the point of not giving us 2 rooms 3 hours early. Sheets had hairs, were not washed. Floor was not clean, and shower had lots of small flys in ceiling. Filthy place. 1 of the rooms we asked to change sheets because they were dirty, and you guessed it. No luck.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location! Being very close to Santa Fe Street. Plenty of shopping, many cafes and bars, etc, everywhere here. An easy walk to many of Buenos Aires attractions in the upmarket Recoleta and Palermo area. A 24 hour reception makes a late evening check in easy. And this is a safe region in this city.The suite was very large compared to others I have stayed in in Recoleta. Two bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen, with a single bedroom. The rooftop contained a pool and decking with all day sun. although I had trouble with intermittent wifi and noise from other guests was audible, I would definately stay at this hotel again.

All great but won't be back.
Wifi sucks. And it's a deal breaker. Pity. throwing a little money at that problem would generate a lot of money. And you people, based on reviews, are aware of the problem.

Close to areas for tourist either by walking or cab. Lots of restaurants or grocery stores to purchase items. Found unit not to be equipped for cooking all meals. We ended up buying a frying pan for breakfast. Other than that they provided good cleaning service. Would stay there again because of location and being very quiet.

A great place and good value. Comfortable bed, many TV channels, the kitchen is 'so so'. Good location. The hi lite for me is the rooftop sundeck and small pool.

Our stay was great. The front desk was very accommodating. They change the towels every other day. One time they forgot to leave us three towels left two instead- they didn’t have anything available when we realized this at about 5pm so we were down one set. Other than that the location was good, they had A/C in both the room and living room

Great place to stay, excellent location!
I love the location and the nice people at the front desk. Everybody at this building was very polite and very helpful. The apartment was very confortable, clean and spacious. I think the bathroom need a little tlc with the shower and the tiny sink, but other than that, the apartment it's perfect to stay. I definitely stay here again!

The room was nice, and very good value for the money. The area is perfect, very close to everything (both downtown and Palermo, which is the hype neighborhood). The only problem was that we didn’t have hot water when we got there.

Good place to stay at Buenos Aires
The location is amazing, close of everithing including public transportation. The apartment is comfortable clean ann safe place. Staf are nice and cordial. The only problem is the wifi is very difficult to connect in the apartment that I stay. Definitively I will be back

Great hotel in the Recoleta area
Very convenient location (Recoleta). Staff was very friendly, I think that the building itself is about 5 yrs old.

Great place in a very nice but busy and noisy part of town
I could have given this place five stars because of cleanliness, good taste, the very helpful people at the reception, the central location (you can walk to the 9 de julio and to Recoleta if you like walking), etc. but it is a very noisy part of town, day and night. If you are able to sleep with loud street noise, then this place is perfect for you.

Good Apartment
The apartment was satisfactory for extended stays. The facilities are adequate and bed was comfortable. Needs painting and some minor repairs. Reception was excellent with very nice day and evening staff. They were extremely helpful to us.

Has great potential
These apartments are modern, comfortable and well located. The amenities, however, need some tlc. There were minor things in the apartment that needs attention, like tiling, stained curtains, broken curtain, unstable shower screen. If you are planning on booking this apartments for the pool, don't as it hasn't been cleaned in a long time and is green. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. With some changes this apartments would go from good to great.

Unfortunately, a lot of things did not work in the room. The first night the fuse box kept on tripping until I discovered that having certain lights on caused the issue. The fridge froze all my food ( and no adjustment made it better ) , the cooker was inadequate. The toilet ( second toilet in apartment ) leaked and flooded the floor. The one positive was that I was able to check in early and as I flown all night, it was very welcome

Very bad, very poor service. I spoke with the female administrator and very low level of professionalism. Definitely I will never recommend this place to anyone even though the building is new the administrator more than rude not professional at all

Adequate Hotel for Recoleta
Pretty average place. Close to the Subte and walking distances to Palermo and Recoleta parks. Lots of things did not work well - like the stove and plugs and a lamp. Older than the photos look.

Great apartment in BA best neighborhood
I highly recommend the apartment complex for those that want to stay in a great neighborhood with access to central Buenos Aires. The apartment is not like a hotel as it does not have room service or maid service but I really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of my stay.

Upon our arrival it is very confusing because the front door is locked and no one is sitting at the front desk. After 5 or so minutes a guy, maintenance type showed up and helped us. However I think this is the case with everyone, because we saw other people arriving another day and they shared our confusion. Plenty of towels, no shower soap provided, and comfortable bed. big area. only complant is the dishes were NOT clean, sitting in the pantry and they were dirty. other than that it was a lovely stay. Spanish speaking only but we got around okay

El lugar es lindo, la ubicacion tambien, dos noches hubieron personas que pusieron la musica muy alta, no hay control de los ésto. Los artefactos electricos hay que verificar que funcionen, al igual que las luces. Igual estos inconvenientes los solucionaron rapidamente.
