I have been using this property for years but now is showing signs of decay. It has not been properly maintained. So sad because it was a nice budget hotel.

It is a decent hotel for the budget minded . Close to everything. Staff is very nice, except a nasty young fellow at the reception that need to be taught the "golden rule" of customer service...."it is not what you say....it is in the way of what you say it"

When we got there they had lost the keys to the apart took at least 45 min to have access to the room and it was 9:30 in the evening.

Spacious apartment. Central location near subway, main city sights. & convenience stores. Only gripe was they did'nt order me a taxi for airport even though I wrote down everything in Spanish the previous day.

When I commented that there weren't enough bowls/pans the management responded and brought some. The condition of the property is dated, but everything works. The staff was very nice and helpful, except for one woman (with dark hair and complexion) who wasn't as helpful and didn't make effort to find information about nearby attractions or transportation to the airport. The location is great to explore the historical center of BA.

The location is good and very accessible to transportation. The room I had was a little bit dated but comfy. Price was good but didn’t like the breakfast that I paid xtra for and I wouldn’t recommend

Cons: The room looks smaller than advertised. It looks outdated, mold on the bathroom ceiling. I don't know if all the rooms look like that. Pros: The view is great (Av 9 de Julio). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the top floor was great, including the staff. Wi-Fi decent speed.

Buenos Aires is great fun, but needs to be careful
centrally located near many major tourist attractions, many within walking distance. receptionist speak Spanish only - we managed by English and hand signals. 70 cable channels - only 2 in English. Buenos Aires has many pickpockets and scams for tourists and locals. Need to be careful. We had no problems and totally enjoyed our 4 days there.

Room for 4 people in Buenos Aires
Hotel is old but room was comfortable. We used room with 4 people(2 adults and 2 kids). Room had 2 single beds and sofa which turns into 2 single beds. Our kids did not mind sleeping on sofa beds, but for adults, it is not comfortable and not recommended. Hotel is located on the main busy street of Buenos Aires.

Not a place I would stay at
I didi not like anything about this hotel and actually ended up staying with a friend outside the city. The hotel is in a pretty depressing neighborhood, the hotel is kind of deserted and is located in an office building. The room did not look like anything in the pictures and was really bad. When I tried to address the problem the hotel staff did not seem interested and just shrugged it off. The reason why I booked the place is because it was cheap but I highly recommend that you pay more and stay in a better place.

Central Location & clean hotel
Room was great - had enough beds for 5, and had a small kitchen area. Right in the centre of the city, although some of the surrounding area is not the most desirable. Hotel service was very good, although there were not many english-speaking staff! Overall, its a great hotel - recommended.

Great location and having a kitchen (small frig, hot plate, microwave) was a bonus. Could have used a coffee maker. Hotel service is good. They don't speak English, but put up w/ my Spanglish. They have a cut-off time of room cleaning in early afternoon which can be bothersome if you are not an early riser. Kids stayed on bunk beds while hubby and I had a double bed (all one room, seprated by hallway kitchen). Location is awesome and safe.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms and a nice size balcony with an outdoor table. That was the upstairs. Downstairs was the kitchen, equipped with all you need. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. An easy walk to get to the central market and the surrounding tourist attractions. The concierge was extremely helpful as well.

Nobody speaks English at the reception so not recommended if you have no knowledge about Spanish. Breakfast is lousy, only sweet items like croissant, toasted French bread and mixed fruits.

Hi! Just to tell you that your comment regarding english speaking is not correct. It´s only the night staff, sorry for that. Regarding our breakfast I´d say that we reserve the adjective lousy for unhealthy or dirty stuff and use words like insufficient or meager. Hope we could have talked to fix errors or improve your experience

Buena Opción.
Muy bien ubicado, sobre una de las principales vialidades de Buenos Aires. Permiten dejar en resguardo tu equipaje después de registrar tu salida. La habitación muy amplia y todos los días hicieron limpieza. Lo terrible es el wifi. Prácticamente no lo hay. Incluso en recepción tenían problemas con el internet. Urge al interior mantenimiento del inmueble.

Primeiro nos mandaram pra um quarto, que era bem bom, bem cuidado, porém sem vista nenhuma pra cidade. Logo em seguida, nos pediram pra trocar de acomodaçao sem justificativa, aceitamos, aí essa nova acomodação havia um vista boa pra avenida 9 de julho, a principal, porém no quarto se notava bastantante mofo nas paredes, e uma acomodação mais antiga. O pessoal da limpeza arrumava e limpava o quarto todo dia. Localização é ótimo, fizemos tudo a pé. Belisco nem 10 min, casa rosada uns 15/20min. Teatro colón 20 min. Porto Madero 20min. Únicos lugares que fomos de uber é pro bairro de Palermo e La Boca.

Me cobraron la estadía de 2 días, y cuando llegué al establecimiento no nos permitieron ingresar. Hasta la fecha no recibí el reembolso del pago realizado.

Sr. fue la policía el que no lo dejó ingresar, usted tenía la obligación de iniciar un período de cuarentena que no podía ser realizado en nuestro establecimiento. Su pago no se lo estamos reteniendo nosotros, se lo está reteniendo Hoteles.com y Despegar.com por razones que desconocemos. Nosotros no recibimos ningún dinero por su reserva

Satisfaite, je reviendrai dans cet appt hôtel.
Cet appt est très confortable, 32 m2 à BA cest super. Le menage et les serviettes propres tous les jours. Une reception accueillante et L'hôtel est bien placé pour accéder au centre touristique de BA. Un bémol , l'hôtel est ancien et mériterai un grand coup de rafraîchissement. les cloisons sont minces et les gens assez irrespectueux. Peut être que la crise économique n'encourage pas les investissements. Cependant j'ai choisi une chambre économique et au prix que j'ai payé les prestations ont été à la hauteur.
