"Wonderful family hotel. Location was amazing if going to Knott's Berry Farm, food options were excellent, and love a hotel with a bar. Absolutely no complaints, they even closed down the loud party happening at the pool on time and from a family traveling with kids that was very appreciated. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "

"We went for a family Disney trip. Walking distance to park. Hotel was clean. Pool and garden is soo cute. Staff is so nice. Left kid’s souvenir they are helping to mail to us since we live far and were already on the road. Breakfast was nice lots of options. Only complaint tv kept glitching and front desk button phone didn’t work on our phone. Wasn’t in room to much to watch tv but was kind of bummed when got back to relax couldn’t really watch tv but other then that was great experience and will definitely be back. "

"My husband and 2 kids stayed here for our Disneyland trip. The lobby is exquisite. We stayed in a suite. The first night our bed was horrible. The mattress was dipped really bad. In the morning I talked to the front desk about it and they had it changed out within the hour. The bell hop employees were amazing! They grabbed all of our luggage from the car and unloaded it in our room. Same thing for check out just in reverse. We used the valet for our car parking. The tram drivers to and from the park were very helpful and funny. Our stay was amazing. My husband wants to stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like is you had to pay for parking each night on top of paying for the tram and they didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. Those things weren’t an expense I really wanted to pay but it was a lack of planning on my end when looking for a hotel. My husband says you get what you pay for and he’s not wrong. 10/10 for this hotel "
