The sauna is approx 80 degree. We forwarded your opunion about breakfast to our chef. We would be so happy if you would come another time again.

Hotel room is spacious, clean, and what I liked is a big mirror at the corner of the room. Nice breakfast, staffs are very nice and friendly. Quiet, safe place, I'd love to revisit this hotel again.

Property had no problem holding my reservationas. My initial flights were canceled., 2 days later i arrived,around 11pm. The Elder Gentleman Greeted me very kindly, professionally He made me feel welcome, as that type of greeting was impressive and made an impact on my whole trip. From there all the staff, from Breakfast ladies to the other Front Desk staff were very Helpful, The Breakfast was High Quality

Great hotel but impossible to sleep. Pity.
This hotel is amazing. Great service, kind and helpful personal.. Good breakfast... Pity the juice was so bad..... Not a really orange juice... Almost no taste.... Pity... The rest was perfect. We were disappointed from the certains in the room... No dark certains at all... We woke up every morning at 6:00 because of the strong light. Pity.... The hotel is right by the city park.... And close by to transport bud to centrum. But I have to say that it is an amazing hotel, beautiful and clean. Good breakfast and great internet. But I'm not going to stay in this hotel the next time because the problem with the windows.... All my group had the same problem.... Too much light early in the morning. Next time I will find an hotel with dark windows, so we could sleep. Pity.

Nice place to stay in Budapest
Nice hotel, a bit far from the city center, but easy to access via bus or by walking from train station. Very good breakfast, nice staff. Small gym (some equipment's were out of service), swimming pool.

very good clean located hotel
we had a very good time ,all hotel staff where very friendly and helpful , room was always clean and we got every thing we asked for . hotel is located very good next to a very busy bus stop , we didn't have to wait more then 1 or 2 minutes for a bus downtown .

This was a basic hotel not a 4 star one but to be fair we requested a quiet room and we are happy to say we got one. Some of the surrounding area near the hotel is undesirable whilst other areas are fine. Breakfast was not good and after the first night we didn't go down for breakfast even thought we paid for it.

Made to iron the shirt I was wearing in public on the 1st floor because no irons are allowed to be sent to the room. Air-con was bust. Breakfast was disgusting unless you like cheese, bread and fatty meats. When asked if I could give some feedback they refused. Gym is a cupboard

The hotel was a good walk away from the main hubbub. The room was lovely. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent. We walked everywhere and covered 26 miles in the 2 days we went sight seeing. Decent range of eating places nearby if we wanted to dine out.

Hotel Comforts, Neighborhood Atmosphere
I loved the location of this hotel because it wasn't right smack in the middle of the more touristed districts. The church across the street, the kids walking to and from school made me feel like I was a part of every-day Budapest. I also loved the pool area. It was cozy and clean. The sauna was wonderful. You really get a lot for your money at this pleasant, comfortable hotel.

All things considered, this is a decent hotel
Considering the price paid, this is a perfectly fine hotel. It looks a little dated and tired in areas, but the facilities are good and the overall comfort is of a reasonable standard. The included breakfast was a little limited but good enough. The sauna and spa facilities were good and very quiet which was an added bonus (we went from Sunday to Thursday, so avoided any potential weekend rush). The staff were professional and reliable although a little overly officious when it came to certain things, which was actually fine by me, though I did sense some discontent from other residents. The hotel is a little way out from the centre but we resisted public transport and walked everywhere (half an hour's brisk walk). In fact, I'm very gla that we stayed in this particular area as without having done so, we'd never have discovered the fantastic (in every way possible) restaurant a very short walk away, named Paprika. Overall a perfectly fine experience and for the money, a very good value base for your trip to Budapest.
