“feel at home in Budapest!”

Very Nice hotel, very Good location near the city center, great rooms not pretencious, very clean and comfortable. the staff was very very friendly and caring.the even offer to make breakfast for us at 4 am because we had a early flight back. we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone can't wait to be back. By the way Budapest is one of the most amazing place where I've been to.

“Good location and value for money”

THis hotel is within walking distance to the Central Market and Tram satiion for ride to Buda and Pest . Friendly service with english spaking staff and generous breakfast. Will certaintly recommend to friends who are visiting Budapest.

“Spacious Rooms”

I loved this hotel and the customer service of the staff was outstanding. The hotel is located in central Budapest and is conveniently located near the metro stop, the Central market and many restaurants. We were able to access other parts of Budapest and the Szechenyi thermal baths bath with ease. The rooms were extremely spacious. We had grown accustomed to staying in small rooms in Europe and were surprised and delighted at the space of the room and bathroom. The hotel is old with squeaky beds, furniture and creaky wooden floors in our room. This can be disturbing to others if you walk around at night. The breakfast was average but good enough for us to start our busy day. The free wireless internet worked well through out our stay. We have visited 7 different cities (hotels) during this trip and I will say that this hotel has been one of my favorites

“going back”

The hotel location was perfect, within minutes walk of dozens of restaurants and bars. The tube station was also nearby. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

“perfect for what I needed”

I had to stay in Budapest in between flights, and this hotel was very easy to get to from the airport, yet located in a great spot in the city. The room was small but comfy, with big openable windows, and very clean! I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to others.

“Great Place to Stay on Pest Side”

Charming hotel about 2 blocks from Vaci Utca. There's a frig in the room, and a Tesco (grocery store) around the corner if you need anything. Bathroom was newly renovated, and good shower and tub. Hotel staff was very helpful. Wireless worked great. Beds were not that comfy (fairly typical in Europe) and no a/c on a hot day, but great value for the price. It is a bit of a walk to the sights, but close to the river, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

“perfect location, lovely spacious room with real character”

Really impressed with our room - as we walked in it had the 'wow' factor - easy to get everywhere by foot, great location - take the E200 bus from the airport (buy the ticket for the bus and metro at the airport tobacconist) to the metro line 3. Exit the metro at Kalvin Ter station, head left,then first left by tesco express, then first right and the hotel is on the right. Even the buffet breakfast is good.

“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town, a stone's throw from the river. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and there is a Tesco Metro opposite!! The hotel is located inside an old apartment building. The room was huge, with antique furniture, and a modern bathroom with a bath and shower. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

“Nice room in a nice location”

The hotel is in a great location next to lots of places to eat and things to see. It's also close to a metro, which we found was the best way to get around Budapest. The room was much bigger than I expected for the price. Breakfast was a standard european style breakfast.
