“i will give this hotel 5***** for execlent customer service”

hotel was in a good location quiet and away from the centre.all the attractions was with in walking distance.the hotel staff was friendly,well spoken and very helpful.the breakfast was good .budapest is a very nice city to visit with its old buildings and history is one to remenber.people are very friendly and always smiling may beee its the sun? i will surely go there again.

“Pleasant surprise”

Pleasant hotel. Helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Good location handy for buses and Metro. Room, particularly bathroom, rather jaded but clean and comfortable. Sadly smoking ban within public areas of hotel yet to be implemented. Street trees around the hotel very tall and impressive lending a mature parkland feel to hotel setting.

“excellent value”

Excellent value for what we paid . only 5 mins walk to heroes square and 10 mins to spa baths.Had brilliant day in baths would reccomend this relaxing day. Must take a swim cap as not allowed to swim without one and they dont sell them inside Be careful with taxis we were robbed !!

“Close walking distance to best thermal spa.”

Breakfast great for budget hotel. Our room overlooked rear garden area and other rooms might have less satisfactory outlook. Tube station - quaint and no hassle - nearby. Our room OK - cannot vouch for other rooms.

“good value hotel, somewhat impersonal”

In 'superior' room, excellent modern bathroom, beds fine (probably too spartan for some), good wardrobe space (rickety flatpack aside). Buffet breakfast plentiful and varied, restaurant staff efficient and friendly. Some reception staff helpful, though a dearth of smiles, others offhand - lingering aura of former communist-style hotel.
