Hotel was very friendly. But capacity on breakwas was not sufficinet. I tried to come at 7AM and 7:30 AM but it was always full. Than I gave up as I had to leave. So I was without breakfast. But due to 2 big Chinese and Taiwanese groups.

Close to Hung Expo conference Center. Quiet at night. For a hotel that was a far distance from other restaurants I would expect their eating area to be open longer than 1030. The bar also had a limited menu

We stayed here for a 4 nights because of the F1 race in Hungary. Pros: Breakfast was included and fantastic! Great variety of foods and the staff was so friendly helpful. Has a cool roof top bar with okay views of the city Internet was fast and reliable Cons: The room is exactly like it’s pictures but is a bit smaller than it appears. This seems to be a bit of an older property so things like the AC and shower seem a bit outdated and didn’t work great Biggest issue was the cleanliness where all the towels we got had weird stains on them. And the bedding just felt scratchy and unpleasant to sleep on. The pillows were very sorry excuses. The property is about 2 km (12 min walk) to the closest metro which connects you to the city. As well as 12 min walk to stores like fast food. The hotel Itself is in a dead zone with nothing around it. There is a bus which never showed up for us. And the walk includes a very dark and deserted bike lane that seemed a bit scary at night.

NOT a 4-star hotel
The hotel and the room specifically looked really nice on the photos, however in real life they didn't hold out to a 4-star hotel at all. No protective cover under the sheet, the mattress was sinking, multiple stains of all sizes on the carpet floor and the ceiling. The only good was the shower and toilet, they were very clean. Breakfast was alright, had some vegan options like a variety of fresh vegetables and vegan milk was available too (had to ask for it at the bar). In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay there again myself.

I booked this stay due to the room having a bathub and a spa department. I was however quite disappointed entering a room with two single beds and a shower. Calling the reception to sort this out, the receptionist was not helpful. He plainly disregarded the situation and stated this was an issue between me and Hotels.com. The minibar was empty, not even a bottle of water and the bathrobes had to be collected in the reception. The aircondition was loud and blowing straight onto the bed. Had to be turned off during night. During the first evening I went to the reception to speak with the receptionist directly. Again the receptionist was dismissive and not looking to find a solution or be helpful. I had to hand him the solution; to be transferred to another room when available, as this was not what I had paid for. The next night I was transferred. However, the carpet in this new room was filthy with huge stains, the air condition situation was the same. As for the breakfast, it's ok if you're good with pre fabricated and processed food. The spa department was not much better. No lockers, and basically no place to secure your stuff or card while in the sauna or shower. The saunas in general were good. Situated about 15 min walk and 15 min train ride out of the city centre, this hotel is not worth the money. Ending my vacation here was a huge disappointment.

It was a great hotel with cool professional friendly reception. Nice and clean with car park that you can hardly find in other hotels. Also need to mention had a Very good tasty breakfast too

The only food and drink place open was the breakfast restaurant. After wow till next morning there was nothing open. And the nearest bar or restaurant was about a mille away

Long wait at check in. Only one receptionist on duty, and he was handling customer on long time each. No bar or restaurant was open, except for breakfast.

Nice hotel but not a great area.
Hotel is quite nice, immaculately clean and very friendly staff in the restaurant/ bar. In my opinion the beds were not very comfortable, very hard and probably cheap mattresses. Bathroom and showers were very nice and the rooms overall were nice. Hotel is not in the best of area’s but taxi’s are cheap enough (download the bolt app) and book thru that for guaranteed pricing.

The best thing about this property was the view from sky bar. We also asked for a high room for the views. We booked for my husbands 50th, the sky bar was open when we got there on 18/1/20. Then we were told closed on the Sunday (his birthday) and the Monday. Reception told us these times were advertised. There was a poster in the lift giving happy hour times EVERY night. They had a dog running about (I’m sadly allergic). They blocked the fire escape on 12th floor with chairs from a conference, for days! The fire alarm went off one night after ten pm then another morning at 8am. The hotel aren’t responsible for people setting off alarm but they are for folks on the 12 floor using sauna facilities that can’t escape the building! Pics online show a hot tub, they are old, there isn’t one. To be fair that was guests photos. We went to “spa” one night and had to call reception to switch facilities on! The steam room and sauna were freezing The man wasn’t happy to turn them on either. What could be a lovely hotel, I didn’t car about small walk to train, the facilities were good. It’s the management of those facilities that was poor. Reception staff great. Our tv didn’t work either. A man came and checked it and said it would be fixed next day.... it wasn’t :(

Good hotel in pieceful neighborhood
Good clean hotel with friendly staff, 15min walking distance from the Red metro line. Hotel caters for large tour groups, which makes breakfast in the small restaurant a challenge (if 4 tour busses need to eat breakfast before their departure...) Hotel is comfortable and well managed - in general we are very satisfied with our stay!

The hotel was overall a great choice. Staff was friendly and welcoming, rooms comfortable. I only had an issue the first morning when someone was constantly knocking on the door. Bed comfort could be somewhat improved.

The hotel itself was good but it was so isolated from anywhere. For example, any store nor public transits, restaurants, stores. Just nothing I had to take a taxi to go anywhere. It was so inconvenient!!

The property is ok but is only one bus that run during weekday only your agent misled me I did ask for a hotel in the city and yes it is in city but in the edge your agent ruin all my plans and I was stuck in Budapest for the all nine days

Regarding to the location: the hotel was built for conference purposes next to the Hungexpo exhibition complex, porbably you missed the advantage of free parking which is not an option for any other hotels in the surrounding area, just like in the city center.
