The hotel located 25 minutes walk from the city centre. The facility is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They have problem with the air condition in the rooms. After we let the staff know they sent engineer to look and change our room but the problem looks like in all rooms. Temperature around 23 centigrade which is so hot.

I came thinking on the branch they have in London, a fantastic hotel. This one is good, nice beds, good location, a great restaurant ( Caviar & Bull ), but a much lower level of the London one. It’s a good quality price ratio though. Decoration little bit depressing because of the lack of light, specially in the room.

It is a well located hotel although, the surrounding area can be noisy during the evening/night hours. It has a good spa. The room was okay although the furniture could be updated. Also, the bathtub and sink needs work as the stopper didn't work so the water stayed in the sink or in the bathtub. In sum, the hotel is overrated.

Good location. Friendly staff. The room #4104 was outlooking the atrium inside the hotel. It was quiet, but no fresh air, AC was not working properly, carpet in the room was outdated, stained. Floor in the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was great. The hotel was overall very beautiful and clean. Great location, walkable to any point of interests.

I stayed here with my partner from April 3rd to April 6th 2024 and loved it. The building is a beautifully maintained complex with excellent facilities such as the Royal Spa, concierge, bar and restaurant. When you look around you can see how well maintained it is and how lovely it is, but it’s the service you receive that matches the experience. Me and my partner were made to feel special for me and our special occasions during our stay from the bell boy (Forgot his name!) to Adam who checked us in. We were both really pleased and impressed from the exceptional, friendly and professional service from the likes of: Beka (Reception team?) Herman, Lorenzo & Vivien (Breakfast team) Ilkin (Le Bar) Adam (Reception) Ernese, Dominika (Royal Spa) Krisztina, Zsombor, Dominik (Concierge) Dorina (Reservations) And Eric Pere, the general manager. We hope to come back again to experience the service as we were spoilt by the people above! We thank the Corinthia Budapest team for their work and service.

Not really a five star Very dated and vast Staff couldn’t really care less Had to ask several times before tea bags etc replenished in the room Large holding deposit on credit card which panicked me as it didn’t say Corinthia ( just “front Office” ) though it remained pending on my account I kept suspecting fraud on my credit card as didn’t have a clue and let my Bank know but eventually discovered it was them -hadn’t been told on check in and no apology from Managers! though reception staff member did apologise I expected better

Amazing stay - clean and quiet room, lovely staff always smiling and helpful. Asked for extra hangers in our room and they provided straight away. Very comfy bed, powerful shower. Team right next to the hotel but also walkable to main attractions and metro/other trams if not. Cant fault it.

This is a beautiful hotel that feels like a very tranquil base in a lovely city. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them, a particular thank you to Peter (manager) who made a special birthday memorable and also to the bar staff who make a fantastic cocktail. The reception and common areas are stunning and airy, although I did feel the room, while fine, was not at the same standard. I would throughly recommend this hotel.

We really liked the hotel and were very happy with it. It’s in a great location. We had access to the executive lounge, which was really nice and although the selection of food and drink was slightly limited, it didn’t stop us enjoying being in the lounge and making the most of it! The spa is quite small and always busy - so we would suggest going elsewhere if you wanted a full on spa day (we did the Gellert spa). Rooms were big and well appointed. All the staff were nice and friendly. We ate in the atrium and the food was really good. Overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very grand property. Large rooms and good facilities. Decent breakfast. Note that the spa isn’t automatically open to guests unless your room rate includes it specifically. Right by a tram stop and short walk from the metro so easy to get around.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was great!! They had the very best breakfast that could be offered at a hotel. It was beautifully set in a gorgeous dining room and so many good options. The beds were comfortable and we loved our room. We could walk to many restaurants, sites, and Christmas markets. My favorite hotel of our entire trip.

Absolutely FANSTASTIC hotel. Would not hesitate to book this hotel for any return trips to Budapest. My GF and I loved everything about the hotel ; the ambience, the staff, the spa, the lounge. Everything ! The location is perfect too with a tram stop right outside the hotel. The hotel even delivered a lovely cake and bottle of prosecco to our room to celebrate my GF's 30th birthday. Do not hesitate to book Corinthia for your Budapest visit.

The hotel faculties and staff v are nice, breakfast menu is a bit basic for the 5 star hotel. The TV would be better on the wall with flat screen, rather than on top of the chest drawers in the corner of the room.

5th floor room had an odour issue. We were moved and the room provided was good and amenitiies of a good quality. Hotel and rooms are well equipped, however is a little dated. Breakfast was good, varied and procided a pleadant atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Bar good. All staff were very friendly, professional and considerate. Pool is lovely as is the sauna etc. However, unable to get a lounger due to people leaving towels on them unattended. Stayed for just 30 minutes as a result, a shame. Small gym, with little air conditioning, however, good equipment. Overall, a very good hotel and somewhere we would happily return to.

A bit outside the old city center it is still walkable if you don’t mind a longer stroll. The building is certainly an old grand hotel. Live Music was played in the atrium dining area and in the lobby every night we were there which was quite audible in our room, though it stopped at around 10pm
