“Corinthia a gem of a hotel”
Stayed for 4 night s on a winter break with friends in superior queen rooms on B&B basis . Hotel is in pretty central location although not on the riverfront, easy enough to walk to most sights if your relatively mobile . Rooms were very nice if a bit warm, fabulous big bathrooms and quiet at night (soundproofed). Food in buffet for breakfast very good with plenty choices for even the most picky eaters.. Staff were most helpful and duty manager does a fabulous hotel tour if you like history. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
“Beautiful and relaxing break”
Hotel was traditional with excellent service. Spa beautiful but gym a little small. Breakfast pricy for Budapest but very good. Location does require a bit of walking or use of excellent public transport to get to main tourist spots but would definitely use it again.
“Fantastic City, Great Hotel”
We found the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had booked the executive floor, from arrival to departure the service the hotel staff provided was excellent. All staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Our room on the second floor was very comfortable, clean and could not be faulted. Breakfast was part of the package, the quality and choice was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
“Hidden Gem in Europe”
We really enjoyed this hotel, and recommend staying in the Executive rooms as you get access to the Executive club with great food, private check-inand exceptional service. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and made our trip even better. I can't fault the hotel at all, even the Rickshaw restaurant was superb. This is what a 5 star hotel should be about. Location is great too, you can walk to all sightseeing attractions and tram and subway are nearby. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the spa facilities again, and would definitely invest in the Executive rooms again.
“Soooooooooooo Impressed”
This was a wonderful hotel brilliant location, and the staff could not do enough for you.
“A real great hotel”
Great character, beautiful architecture, terrific value. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to tram and subway - so can get to Danube and Buda castles in a few minutes . Jazz band and piano on Friday nights. I will defintely stay again next time in Pest.
“Comfort in Corinthia”
I couldnt really fault the hotel and the spa was absolutely wonderful.I only wish that the rest of the staff were as charming as all the girls in the spa itself.Perhaps they were a bit tired with it being the end of a long season but a few more smiles would have gone a long way to making my mini Budapest adventure a touch more enjoyable.
“Good but impersonal”
Location 15 minutes gentle walk from most major sites. Clean, large, impersonal Hotel. Well suited to large groups and travellers who want a 5 star appearance but a 3 star service attitude. Expensive bar but good cocktails, average breakfast and terrible rickshaw Asian fusion restaurant ( poor food overpriced and grotty) however - absolutely amazing spa! Stay here if you have a good deal - other wise you can get far more for your money.
“A posh hotel”
A convenient, comfortable hotel with enjoyable spa facility.
“Honeymoon Heaven”
Beautiful hotel, great city. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for use of the Executive facilities - this made it really special.
