“Everything it claimed to be!”

The Trianon Hotel is an absolutely great modestly-priced hotel. Location is perfect next to Bucharest's green and lovely Cismigiu Gardens. The hotel is attractive and, while the rooms are plain, they are clean, well-maintained, have wifi and international tv channels. Best of all is the very kind and accomodating staff...the night manager even gave me a ride to my bus in the morning. There's a restaurant in the building but I did not eat there nor did I have the breakfast so can't comment on those. The mini-market next door is convenient though!

“Good choice”

This hotel is ideally located to the city centre being a twenty minute walk or using the metro which is only about five minutes away by foot. As an added bonus, there is a beautiful park just two minutes away from the hotel on the other side of the road. The hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were always happy to help with any questions I had. An enjoyable stay in this hotel.

“Very good hotel with friendly atmosphere”

This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. Once again I found the staff friendly and helpful to any questions I had. The rooms are always clean and tidy and the hotel is situated in an easy to find location. It is situated near the lovely Cismigiu Garden too. I'm thankful I found this hotel and appreciate the efforts the staff go to to make my stay enjoyable there.

“Great Hotel for Seeing Bucharest”

This was my second trip to Bucharest and after my first stay at the Trianon seemed no reason to go elsewhere. It is centrally located and ideal for staying if you want to be close to the city. The staff are friendly and check in check out was easy. The rooms are clean and tidy and although its not ultra modern it is well equipped. Mini bar and TV if required. The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment of the restaurant and bar area while I was there, but was not aware at the time of booking. But on talking with the hotel they will take over the running of this in the future so should be good. Will try it out next time I am there.

“Ideal hotel for a stay near centre of Bucharest.”

It was my first time to Romania so was unsure where to stay. I saw the Hotel Trianon on internet and thought I would try it. On arrival was met by pleasant receptionist who spoke good English. It was an easy check in procedure and issued with a swipe access card for room. Room was a double with good space, wardrobe and separate desk for working at. TV which had slight problem with but was resolved by reception. Nice airy foyer, with seating and small souvenir cabinet. The bar restaurant was located in the front but had to leave the hotel under a covered walkway. It was very clean and buffet breakfast was adequate. I eat in the restaurant twice in 6 days and was good selection of romanian and european food. Good local beer Ursus went down well after lots of walking :)
