The room was clean and the staff is friendly. The shower is tricky because one minute its burning you and the next its freezing you. The breakfast could be better.

The room initially smelled as if it were clean due to the overpowering smell of cleanser. On closer inspection there was hair all over the floor of the room and bathroom, the sheets were not clean and had hair on them and dirt stains. Pillow cases had dirt stains on them as if they had been dragged on the floor. The bathroom mirror was held up by screws driven into the dry wall, but sticking out about an inch and a half. Definitely a safety risk here. Our door did not have a tight seal around it and you could see light, people’s shadows moving across, and feel air getting through the spaces. The ice making machine room had the most intense cigarette smoke smell ever and you would come out of there smelling of smoke. There weren’t enough seats to accommodate all of the guests for breakfast. The egg pan had water pooling at the bottom of the pan, there was no one to attend the meal area.

I wouldn't stay here again. Soap from previous guest was in the windowsill of the shower; sink drained very slowly, ants showed up over a food wrapper I left on the ground by the wall and the bed (I saw the ants in the morning when I reached to pick it up to throw it away

If you're just staying the night to visit the National Park, it's adequate. But the general vibe is dilapidated. Dingy cinder block walls, visible pest traps, supplies randomly stored. Breakfast was better than continental, and included waffles, eggs, and sausage. But the batter was runny, the eggs watery, if you came late you were out of luck. There was Directv but no basic channels like the Food Network. You get the idea. It wouldn't take much to make it a nicer stay, but çonsidering how cheap hotels are in Utah, the value just wasn't there. For getting out of a snow storm, it's fine.

The room was much larger than we expected, and was very comfortable. The beds were excellent. The bathroom was a little rough; the toilet kept running unless you lifted the float to shut it off. We were very happy to stay here.

The room itself wasn't bad but the bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower would turn cold and then burn you. The continental breakfast was terrible. We shouldn't have wasted our time.

It was listed that there was continental breakfast, but they informed us upon arrival that this was not true. However, they did their best to offer us what they could to amend the situation, and they were very nice and helpful.

The facilities are very old. Cleaning condition was not bad. The water pressure in the toilet is low, so the water doesn't flow well. The parking lot is very large. There's not much to eat for breakfast.

Check-in staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the room was not well maintained. Hot water and cold water reversed on sinks and shower. Toilet in room above us ran off/on all night resulting in little sleep. Finally got up and left at 5am. Not expecting to return even though they are dog friendly.

Terrible cable tv terrible Wi-Fi bathroom looked dirty and very out dated the whole town shut down on Sunday no where to go to eat unless you drive 40 miles will not stay there again customer service could of been nicer

Great hotel over all. Good people. Happy to see an actual person in the lobby. :-) The rooms are older and need a little repair. The beds were comfortable. Floors a little dirty, but might just be from the gravel parking lot. Our car broke down just north of town so we had to come back and stay for a few days. The people here helped me find a shop to take the car to and allowed us to extend our stay as needed until the car was fixed.

The room was fine but they were obviously trying to save money by watering down the coffee to the point where it looked like weak tea. Undrinkable. Also no plates at the breakfast area, only bowls our entire stay.

The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of variety and the scrambled eggs we're very good. Room was run down and in need of remodel. It wasn't that clean. There was dust on the surfaces and stains in the bathtub.

The staff were really nice, but the room was not in good shape... baseboards weren't attached to the wall, the taps would move when turning on the faucets, hot water instead of cold isn't fun when brushing teeth, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was coming down, didn't dare take a bath and put a towel down in tub to take shower. People upstairs paced and dragged things across the floor ALL NIGHT long, and some trucker started his diesel at 5:00 am and left it running loudly continuously for over two hours. The staff were friendly, but wow the property needs some work

Place needs a lot of TLC and would be much better. Wouldn’t let me have a 1st floor room saying they were saved for older people. Mirror and picture hung crooked. Stairs and “employees room” entrance was filthy. Dropped and stained some type of liquid. Strap lock inside door was missing

staff was friendly and quick to fix things. i just dont know why i got a handicap room. the toliet sink and tub were super short. i might have mistakenly chose it..idk..it was clean and comfortable and i think the bedroom part was remodeled.

Disappointing
This hotel needs a mayor update. It does not give Wyndgam a good name. We stayed 3 nights, we had to ask for clean towels after 2 nights, they never came to the room to provide new coffee or soap. The toilet didnt work, the room smelled. The breakfast room had 4 tables, not enough for all the occupied rooms. Very disappointing experience

Wouldn’t go there again.
Everything is old. There were very few tables for breakfast. No decaf coffee and not enough regular for everyone trying to get it. Cracks in sink. Dirt in corners of the room.
