Staff was very good. Breakfast attendant was very good, much better than most we had experienced on our trip. Elevator was slow but that just prompted us to take the stairs more.

Details in a random order. Beds were comfortable but squeezed. TV was big enough but not smart TV so we couldn’t watch any apps. Breakfast was good and still plentiful at its end time. Two make-your-own-waffle irons. Regular and sugar free pkgs of syrup. Yogurt of several flavors. Bagels of a couple flavors, mini muffins, cream cheese, mini creamers in plain, hazelnut, and vanilla. Hot water, coffee, and decaf. There was a dispenser with 3 types. The orange juice was really good. There were hot items: eggs, sausage, anemic potatoes. One thing I wish they’d do is require a clean plate each visit, because I watched someone use the serving spoon to move eggs around her dirty plate. Cleanliness was good. They were shampooing the hallways during my stay. Our room was clean. YI chose not to have housekeeping service. Instead, I requested towels and more coffee as needed over 5 days. Shower water pressure was really good, but a little weak at the sink. Mini Dove products provided. Iron and hair dryer worked well. Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Drinks and snacks for sale by the desk- 20 oz Coke for $3. They had ice on 2 of the 4 floors. I would definitely stay here again, and I am very particular!

They forgot about daylight savings time and we tried to get coffee at 6am. We had a long day of driving ahead of us. When I checked out I thought the manager was kind of rude. I handed him the key cards and he said “do you want a receipt or something?” Like why was I standing there. More appropriate would be to just ask if I would like a receipt. I also mentioned “I guess you forgot about daylight savings time” and I laughed, giving him an out an he just didn’t say a thing. His attitude was the reason I only gave a good instead of excellent review.

Traveling across country with 2 larger dogs and this by far was the nicest dog friendly hotel we stayed at. Modern, clean, up to date room and bathroom, better then most breakfast and breakfast area.

Had to wait an extra hour to check in because room wasnt done. Get into room and bedroom has dog hairs still on carpet and faucet from kitchen sink had black slimy film that dropped black stuff into the water. Bathroom mirror was covered in streaks. Cleaners left about a half in of water in the Jacuzzi tub which i didnt see and fell when i steped in it. Just upseting to spend money for a service that isnt provided. We waited an extra hour to come into a dirty room. Wont be back to this location and definitely not recommending anyone to stay here. Indoor pool and gym were both closed. Overall, just disappointed.

This location was exactly what I needed traveling for a death in the family. The room was nice with plenty of space with two queen beds and a large entry area to get there cart, kids, and animals on quickly and quietly with room to walk around. The affordable pet fee ($20) easy access to highway, Walmart & food, friendly service, and clean aroma in halls and rooms makes it easy to.highly recommend.

My stay was almost flawless but a minor error occurred during my 6 pm check in on a Friday night, I left Saturday for the day to come back to get ready for my next event to be locked out of my room but my key card accessed the back door entrance (closer to where I parked). Everything was rectified within minutes but just a heads up. Clean, comfy beds and the staff was very helpful with the issue. Reminder dog friendly (not an issue for me) but owners do walk their dogs on a leash around the yard, parking lot and hotel for those that don’t like dogs. Close to several restaurants and easy traveling to many shopping centers and 25 mins to the airport. Highly recommend, would stay again! Thank you Arkansas!
