“Great location, everything else average”
The location of this hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the attractions we wished to visit. The bed was tiny, the room was too warm despite bring November and having the air con on cold, the hair dryer was pointless. The worst thing was the queue to get a table at breakfast was ridiculous, had to wait 15 minutes both days.
“Excellent”
Booked business class room and was upgraded to lovely large suite. Very impressed. Ate in Atrium Restaurant where food was extremely good. On that basis really wished had had time to eat in the other restaurant which is Michelin starred. Highly recommended.
“decent hotel”
the staff at the restaurant for seafood werent so nice as they were fool
“beautiful setting”
The hotel was in a very convenient location -near enough to the train station and many restaurants. Room was excellent, although we upgraded from our original room.
“Canadian Visitor”
Excellent hotel in excellent location. Our only major complaint was that the air conditioning did not work and very little seemed to be done even after we informed staff of the problem. Otherwise, a great deal. Great location close to central train station and Grand Place. Brussels has lots to offer.
“Very good hotel”
Very good location and the best breakfast.
“Very convenient location and clean facility”
We checked in at around noon. The room was not ready 'til 15:00, so we left baggage and strolled around. The hotel is very conveniently located right in the heart of old city center. Grand Place and Central Station are both only about 10 minutes away, and we got to see a lot before we got back to the hotel at around 17:00. We didn't get to use the facility much but our room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in/out process could take long as there were only 2 attendants for 3 reception desks, and were many guests around, but I would say that could apply to almost any other hotels. So overall, we have enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this hotel if you are on sightseeing tour in Brussels.
“Not Impressed”
Not Impressed and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are 2-3 stars at best. The staff is not overly helpful. The lobby and bar-area are 4-5 star worthy.
“This hotel "stinks"”
This hotel literally "stinks". The two days that my wife and I spent at this hotel, there was a terrible odor. Nobody could explain why there was an odor or do anyting to address the problem. The staff did not seem to be sorry about this or offer any solution. While the location of this hotel is very good, i would not recommend it to anyone.
“A pleasant oasis in a busy and somehow grubby city”
The stay started with a pleasant surprise - one of the rooms was upgraded to a Executive Suite. Which is great. The hotel is situated in a very central area . Clean and with a very good service. Excellent beds and the bathrooms. The breakfast room was very busy , hot and the buffet selection could have been better.
