“Blu *****”

Hotel was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned every day, gym and sauna was great addition too, only bad thing i would say is, food and drink was quite expensive, but lots of other places near by, for that, would recommend highly though.

Just really great all around! :) went with my girlfriend for a weekend trip and I just couldn't be more pleased with the hotel!

Excellent hotel in quiet area - i imagine it would be much busier when the EU parliament are in session, but hotel seem well-placed to cope well. Excellent service on the front desk - early check in and late check out all arranged without a hitch. Gustav on reception especially excellent - friendly, professional, knowledgable. well done. The room was spacious, tv with a wide choice of channels including BBC, huge bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Minibar very expensive! The weather when we went was exceptionally cold - the hotel was really warm and made us not want to leave! Very close to Luxembourg station, but we used the metro station (Trone) which was a 5-minute walk away. Restaurant on ground floor of hotel looked very nice, but the price of some things on the menu put us off. with so many nice restaurants in Brussels city centre, we didn't really feel the need to use it. Thoroughly recommended, would use it again

“Lovely staff, great room & location”

We had a very large room for 4 of us - my partner and our 2 children. It was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was quiet but close to public transport and we considered a good location to explore the city. Whilst we did use public transport, some days we chose to walk - it is about 25 minutes to the Grand Plas. There were plenty of good places to eat close to the hotel as well.

“A great pick!”

Really, really excellent hotel; such a contrast to the Hotel Husa, where Expedia put me the other night. 4 stars indeed. Great, safe room; cool location right next to the EU....just awesome. Other reviewers said there were issues but I noticed none, and I feel the pictures here don't do the hotel justice. I didn't eat here (there's a bagel place basically across the street) but I liked being a little away from the hectic hustle of the city and it encouraged me to walk. Good place.

“Second Visit. Extremely Helpful and Friendly Staff.”

Excellent hotel second time we have stayed and still can not find any fault with the place. Clean Rooms, Helpful staff.

“Happy to Go Back One Day”

The hotel is located (3 mins walk) very close to the square where the No 12 Airport Bus arrives at and departs from, which at 3 Euros each way is a good price. The hotel is at least 30 mins walk from the Grand Place and one passes other sightseeing locations on the way. There are Metros and Buses close at hand if one does not like walking.

“Comfortable and affordable”

I love the free internet access while other hotels charge 10 Euros for an hour. This one is free!!! The room is modern, clean, big and comfortable. The only downside is the location but once you get to know the city, it isn't so bad. It took me awhile to get there because the directions from expedia was not clear. But overall I love the hotel.

Let's keep it short. Minor problems may arise, but the management team at this hotel ensures you are satisfied at all times. They made sure my overall experience was a pleasure and they also made sure that any problem was solved. Great approach to customer service.
