“Very impressed”
Overall had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and I could not fault their level of service. The room was large and very well designed. Very comfortable and large double bed (which I think was King size). I would definitely recommend this hotel.
“Weekend away”
Very clean, modern, good located hotel with very nice and helpfull staff. Surely wills taythere on my next visit to Brussels. I have had no issues with early check in and late check out. Very accommodating!!!
“Good hotel, great staff, neighborhood was "OK"”
The hotel was great, but a little far from the city center. You could take a bus or walk to metro lines, but if you're looking for a hotel that's in the heart of it all and walkable to a lot of attractions, you should look closer to the city center. Bus to Rogier (shopping district) takes about 15-20 minutes.
“Good but not great...”
We went to Belgium primarily for the Belgium Grand Prix but when we were around Brussels we found the hotel to be a little out the way from the main shopping areas and buzz of the city. We had no problem with hotel appart from the location.
“Good location”
Everything in the hotel is fine, except the breakfast service.
“Modern Hotel with friendly staff”
Hotel is very modern with good sized rooms. Located next to European Parliament offices so great for business but less so for tourists. The Grand Place is an apprx 25 minute walk but can be reached by bus #95 with a stop about 2 minutes from hotel. Same stop also has bus to Brussels airport, about a 20 minute ride. Stay was on a Friday and Saturday night so rates were great. Quiet neighborhood on weekends.
“Very enjoyable stay”
Hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the EU Parliament. Bus stop and metro near by although it was only 15-20mins walk in to the city centre from hotel. Hotel is modern in style. Room was well kept and very comfortable. All fixings were in very good condition. No issues. Reception staff and restraunt staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and attention to detail made me feel eachindividual is given due attention. FYI, if you want ice - they have a communal ice machine on 3rd & 5th floors. Breakfast - although a touch on the expensive side - the buffet was very nice with a wide selection to choose from. Did not have time to visit the gym as too busy being the tourist around Brussels. Overall, highly recommended! Will stay here again the next time I visit this lovely city.
“Fab”
A fantastic city break. The flights were on schedule bar the fact that the returning flight was 20 mins late, but we made the time up on route. The location of the hotel was fantastic, very tranquil yet close to all amenities and the fantastic Luxembourge square. Transport links were excellent and Grand Place was only a ten minute walk away. Will definitely go again!
“Brussels best”
Very large comfortable suite in a quiet area (at the weekend anyway) convenient to two metro station.
“RadissonBLU does know how to make costumers happy =)”
Let's keep it short. Minor problems may arise, but the management team at this hotel ensures you are satisfied at all times. They made sure my overall experience was a pleasure and they also made sure that any problem was solved. Great approach to customer service.
