“Good hotel, good staff, a tram ride away from the central sq.”

Good hotel, got upgraded for free to a suite to no complaints. The staff were very good, the only thing to note is that this is not in the centre and you need to catch a tram/metro. Would stay here again.

“Not impressed not a four stars”

This is defeintely not an hotel I would recommend. The service and the rooms are well below a four star standards. Don't go there!!!

“For sure not a 4 star hotel maybe 2 or 3”

The wallpaper was scratched as some point and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The price that the hotel gives for this room is not equivalent to what you get, although for the price that I booked it in expedia was ok. Some of the staff is quite rude. The last day although we were 3 at the room they left as only two pairs of towels and when we asked to the reception they told us that it is quite complicated to find another pair! I would recommend this hotel but do not expect 4 star quality hotel!

Area recommendations
The area of this hotel is very good with a lot of hotels around so check around this area!
Dining
I strongly suggest to have dinner in "Chez Leon" the prices are normal for Brussels and the food quality perfect. I would strongly NOT recommend the restaurant L'Arlequin for absolutely no reason go there! The food is bad and sometimes not eatable the coke was without gas and the staff the rudest ever! It is the only place that I can say that YOU MUST NOT GO even if you starving!

“Clean Hotel, Nice location.”

I was pleased with this hotel with it's room cleanliness and central location near Avenue Louise. My only comment was that the front staff when checking in was a bit understaffed considering the amount of guests waiting. Other than this, had a great time.

“Keine Fremdsprachen in Europas Hauptstadt!”

Nettes Hotel in Innenstadtnähe. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten bei Männeken Pis und am Hauptplatz. Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber. An der Rezeption wird kaum Englisch und gar kein Deutsch gesprochen. Auch im Restaurant Sind beide Sprachen so gut wie unbekannt und die Verständigung so gut wie nur in den Landessprachen möglich.

“Het Mercure hotel heeft een goede ligging maar overige is echt slecht.”

Het hotel bevind zich op 5 minuten lopen van de winkelstraat. Hotel is erg oud en slecht onderhouden. Kleine bedden, oude vieze badkamer waar o.a. kraan los zat. Parkeergarage zit aan hotel vast, echter staan hotel en parkeergarage los van elkaar qua service, je kunt bijvoorbeeld geen uitrijkaart kopen in het hotel. Wij zijn samen met een bevriend stel gegaan die dezelfde bevindingen deden. Kortom, ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden!

“Hotel Mercure Louise à Bruxelles: Quartier calme”

Hotel situé à environ 500 mètres de la station de métro Louise dans un quartier très calme. Accueil très chaleureux, l'hotel est très propre, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux (le prendre en option à la réservation c'est plus économique que de le faire sur place).

“Mercure Louise: aucun sens commercial”

La douche ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception qui a fait passer une personne visiblement incompétente pour ce problème. La douche n'étant pas réparée et l'hôtel complet, je pensais être en droit de recevoir une offre commerciale descente (et pas une malheureuse heure d'internet gratuite et des chocolats qui n'étaient d'ailleurs pas bon, un comble pour la Belgique), mais visiblement la responsable de l'hôtel n'était pas de mon avis. Nous avons donc changé d'hôtel pour la 2e nuit... Fortement déconseillé

“Hotel Mercure Center Louise,Bruxelles”

Hotel di ottimo livello in posizione vicina al centro storico in una zona ricca di ottimi negozi.La colazione a buffet è molto assortita.

Area recommendations
Consiglio la zona Louise per chi ha la macchina per spostarsi e raggiungere più facilmente le varie zone della città che è molto estesa.
