“You get what you pay for”
After reading some of the reviews already posted I considered cancelling booking. My room was a single on the 8th floor clean and comfortable. Bathroom could do with updating. good view of the city. 5-10 minutes walk from Brussel North Station. Breakfast consisted of a continetal with plenty of coffee. If you are prudish you may be put off by the sex shops opposite. Staff were friendly.

Area:
Brussels City Centre - Grand Place, Brussels, Belgium: A heart-shaped ring road defines Brussels city core, and most of its visitor attractions. Within these limits, the centre consists of two distinct halves. To the west is the Lower Town, a tangle of medieval streets centred on the Grand Place, a vast cobbled square surrounded by ornate Flemish buildings. To the east is the newer and more aristocratic Upper Town, a zone of palaces and parks, grand museums, and gothic churches.
