“Tiny bathroom”

Ok hotel, although overpriced in my opinion. It seems that hotels in Brussels are all quite expensive. This after all is a basic Ibis hotel. Functional. Very small bathroom though.

“Ibis Brussels”

This hotel was perfect for what I wanted. The interior is shabby but the rooms are clean and the location was great. I drove and there is an excellent car park just across the road. Near the hotel was the Christmas market which runs through from the end of Nov to December which is really lovely and the Hotel is in a great position for the bars and restaurants in St Gery. If you are into fashion the hotel is close to Rue Antoine Dansart which has great shops. The location is also good for the other touristy things although I have seen them tons of times so I did not go. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a central location with no trills and a slightly run down interior but clean this is your place

“Good value for money”

The hotel is in the heart of the old district of Brussels and a perfect place for restaurants and bars around St Catherine. Rooms are small but modern (Ikea type), the corridors are really old and tatty, but overall what matters is the rooms which are comfortable enough and about a 3 star standard as they state. I had a view of the cathedral which was very nice. It is right next to De Brouckere or St Catherine stations (2 blocks away). Breakfast is ridiculously expensive at 14 euros but there are lovely cafes nearby to have something in the mornings (for about 5 or 6 euros).

“Prima hotel zonder toeters en bellen.”

Het hotel is vlak bij de Grote Markt en de winkelstraten. Het voldeed prima aan wat wij er wilden: Alleen maar slapen. De kamer keek uit op een blinde muur van het binnenplein. Was daardoor erg rustig. Klein en geen zitje. Wel prima bed. Alles schoon. Piepkleine badkamer. Het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, kost EUR 14 pp extra. Maar even verderop in een koffiebar kan je super ontbijten voor EUR 5 pp. Er is geen restaurant bij het hotel, wel een bar waar je snacks kunt krijgen. Er zijn veel restaurants vlak in de buurt.

“Hotel liegt direkt neben dem sehr schönen Weihnachtsmarkt”

Flur könnte mal renoviert werden. Gutes Frühstück.

“ﾌﾞﾘｭｯｾﾙの下町にて”

　ｾﾝﾄﾗﾙ駅からｸﾞﾗﾝﾌﾟﾗｽを通り抜けて歩いて行きました。隣のｾﾝﾄｶﾄﾘｰﾇ教会が工事中で見られなかったのは残念。観光地からややはずれているので、現地の人の生活が垣間見れます。近くは中華街ですが、夜になると怖いかもしれません。 　ﾎﾃﾙはいろいろな国から来た人々でほぼ満室でした。防音等は問題ありません。長期滞在はつらいかもしれませんが、1-2泊なら充分なﾚﾍﾞﾙです。

　ｸﾞﾗﾝﾌﾟﾗｽは朝、昼、夕暮れと顔を変えます。（仕事できたので他の所へは行っていません。）　市内ではありませんが、ｹﾞﾝﾄもｱﾝﾄﾜｰﾌﾟもきれいな町です。ﾍﾞﾙｷﾞｰは自分の金で来てもいいと思っている国です。
