“Not Impressed”

Hotel staff were very stuffy and not helpful at all. The location was awful, you need to take a shuttle to the train station which is about 15min away to get to any of the sites. More of a business hotel, not for leisure trips. NO concierge available. they have a rest that is very fancy and they made us have coffee in the lobby, I did not appreciate that at all. The breakfast was way over priced and not worth the $. I would not recommend it to anyone.

“Good for Business”

Very convenient for Brussels Airport. Shuttle bus is excellent and quick to pick up. Only complaint is the restaurant is a bit inconsistent; I had two great meals and two bad meals from there. Need to get their meat from somewhere else; steak was overcooked and the replacement tough as an old boot. Despite that, a good hotel.

“Near Brussels Airport”

My wife and I picked this hotel for one night as we were leaving out of the Brussels Airport the next morning. The staff were all very friendly. Free shuttle service (driver wouldn't even accept a tip). Room had a feather bed and comforter. Spacious. Dinner was excellent but pricey. No other cafes or bakeries around would be our only complaint. If you need a place to be near the airport; it is great. If you want access t0o Brussels, do not stay here.

Area recommendations

Stay somewhere where at least you have close access to the Metro so you can visit the sites of Brussels.

“Very good value for money”

Very well located hotel between Airport and NATO HQ, with free shuttles. The hotel equipment and confort is really good and employees very helpful. Breakfast is not included and a little bit expensive but it's really good.

“A Fine Airport Hotel”

All one could want in an airport hotel. Reasonable rates. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle. Welcoming pôol and hot tub. Would recommend without hesitation.

Area recommendations

Central square. Just walk around it and the neighbouring side streets. make sure to have a waffle at one of the `hole-in-the-wall`shops (the one near the mannekin Pis is very good).

“Golden Tulip Brussels”

This hotel is worth visiting, there very helpfull. we had friends over and asked for extra towls and bathropes. that was no problem at all. good service, really we're going to visit this hotel again.
