“Disappointed”

Our hotel room was very dirty!!! Bathroom garbage had not been emptied. Carpet was filthy and needed to be replaced years ago. When we closed the drapes black dust bunnies fell from the valance. We stayed because the layout of the rooms was great, the beds were comfortable and hotel location is very good.

“Just average”

Pros: Great location within walking distance of Grand Place and right next the a Metro stop. Reasonably priced. Cons: We arrived late (midnight!) for check-in and our room wasn't ready! I even emailed the day before to let them know we would be arriving late. The rooms had only sofa beds, which weren't very comfortable. Rooms were out of date.

“`¨ Change the carpet in the apart and it is perfect !!¨”

The Hotel is very well located ,within walking distance of most attractions;Mannekin Pis ,Grand Place ,bars ,restaurants and so on .A subway right in front of hotel,great ! .Restaurants are plentyful around ,all prices ,short walk. The apart. is small but functional,a bit noisy,beds Ok no more .It sleeps 2 adults and one teenager(or two small kids).One bedroom and a pullaway in living area.The only problem was the carpet in apart...It was clean but stained everywhere..you would think that they would have replaced it a long time ago .This makes the place look shaby but once you get over it ,you are ok ! Replace the carpet and it is very good. All and all ,I would stay there again for sure .I thought it was a bit pricy a night ........but location is great.Service good as well.Again just change the carpet !!!

“Clean and conveinent”

Super easy access from the train station, room was clean/nice. Easy walking distance to the Grand Place. The carpet was tired but not too bad.

“TRIP TO BRUSSELS”

Over all it waqs satisfactory. If the garbage was removed and washrooms and bath cleaned on a daily basis this would have been perfect.

“Great convenient location”

This apartment hotel is situated just 10 minutes easy walk from the Grand Place. The hotel is quiet and has free internet (they even allowed me to borrow a cable at no charge) and excellent security restricted access. It is 50 metres from metro, has restaurants very close by (but there are cheaper places to eat) and supermarkets both large and small nearby. There are different sections to the hotel and I suspect we were in the older section which needs to be renovated as fixtures and fittings were tired but clean.

Area recommendations

Really anywhere in central Brussels, except maybe not near the railway station as there are beggers who hang around this area.

“Bedbugs”

Some of the staff were very helpful. I was bitten by something for two nights. The hotel did change my room immediately when I complained. Their breakfast was about $20. and coffee alone for breakfast was about $7.75 but I used the kitchen in the room instead to make breakfast. It was convenient to have a kitchen and a fridge with a freezer section.
