“Not impressed”
No A/C, no cleaners. Bit Damp. Parking not included in the price. Parking inside the hotel is very costly. If you are only parking in night free parking outside is best. Location is good.

Hotel does not tell you need to reserve a space in the garage. No air conditioned No reception area and the hotel door is always locked.
“poor experience”
THe rooms were not cleaned every day as initially stated and there were some difficulties to get in the place - some straneg way to get the keys. The location was nice though as well as the rooms themeselves.
“Nice & Comfy”
They should have mentioned to us that we needed to call ahead of our arriving there. We were stuck in front of the locked entrance with all our luggage, and we had to manage to find a pay phone to call them in order to get the code to get in. The housekeeping personnel was excellent, very nice and helpful, but the people at the office (contacted by phone) were not. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay, not as close to the Avenue Louise as they might want you to believe, though, but plenty of public transportation and convenient shopping close by.
“Apparthôtel Louise à Bruxelles”
Après un coup de speed à l'arrivée (pas de clé dans la keyBox et un hôtel sans gardien) un simple coup de fil a rapidement réglé le problème. L'appart est vaste, trés bien agencé, moderne, propre (1 bémol pour la cuisine ..., mais son entretien est à la charge des locataires...). Suprise ! La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire à buse : Sympa la séance jacuzzi après une journée de marche dans les rues de Bruxelles. On entend un peu les autres locataires lorsqu'ils sortent dans les escaliers, mais globalement l'appart est calme. Un peu désaxé par rapport au centre historique, il y a un arrêt de tram à moins de 200m => 10' du musée Magritt qui se trouve à 10' à pieds de la grand place. Ca se fait bien. L'atomium, quant à lui est à moins de 30' entre le tram et le métro (direct). Un Carrefour Market est à moins de 100 mètres. C'est utile en appart hôtel.
“Sichere Lage, gute Anbienung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel”
Hotel sauber und geräumig, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr problematisch die Verwaltung zu kontaktieren, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Lage des "Louise" sehr sicher und in schönem Viertel. Frische Handtücher leider nur 3x pro Woche und am Wochenende überhaupt kein Service.

un hôtel très en deça d'un quatre étoile, des dysfonctionnements (fuite de la baignoire et hors service du jaccuzzi ainsi que le téléphone...) et pour clore le tout, mépris total du propriétaire des lieux aucune réparation et aucun dédommagement...
“Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo”
Ambienti ampi. Non dotatissimo in termini di posate/stoviglie. C'e' lavastoviglie. Ottimo per chi ha i bambini appresso. Ubicazione non vantaggiosissima ma con il 38 s'arriva a grand central e da li si puo' andare dappertutto. Con un tram (23) si arriva direttamente all'atomium. Un po' meno agevole lo spostamento verso la Gare de Midi' Attenti al check-In. Non c'e' personale sul posto. Va fatto per via telefonica, chiamando un numero telefonico. L'operatore vi chiede gli estremi della carta di credito ed a seguire vi fornisce un codice da digitare per accedere alla sala di ingresso in cui troverete i badge di accesso all'appartamento. Il check-out consiste nel riporre i badge in una cassetta. Tutto molto rapido e snello.
