The room was very comfortable. No coffee maker so take a kettle if you need one. Expensive 22eutro breakfast. No shelf in shower area to place soap or shampoo, and shower head was broken spraying water wildly.

I booked a long weekend with my sister to Brussels as we could get a good price on the flights. This hotel is just in the perfect location for ease if you don't want to travel far.
The hotel itself is beautiful. Very modern decor, very Scandinavian in style, lots of clean lines and beautiful flowers. We arrived quite late and the receptionist on the front was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our hotel room was on the 2nd floor and was exceptionally clean and beautiuflly decorated. The wifi connected easily and was a good fast connection (much needed in this day and age). The beds were very comfy.
During our first night we were woken up to what was frankly an unacceptable amount of noise - which we on discovery found out was a delivery of what looked like towels. We rang down to reception to complain (3am) and they apologised. The noise didn't stop immediately even with the receptionists promise of silence, but it did eventually cease. They apologised again in the morning.
This was the only flaw in the entire trip. The concierge was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations - although we did to take to the internet to google good places and we never had a bad meal. I would recommend Peck 47 for Brunch.
The hotel also provided light weight umbrella's - which was extremely helpful in the rain.
The price of this hotel reflects the beauty of the establishment and location. Definitely worth the investment. We could have easily stayed longer.
the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location, and I was right. Close to central station and other metro station, and walking distance to Grand Palace. Quality of the room is satisfactory considering the price.
Booked a room but was allocated a studio, which was situated next door which wasn't a problem. The studio was new and clearly just renovated. It was more style over substance the fancy arched lamp couldn't reach a socket. The studio had a full functioning kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave but unfortunately no tea or coffee, which is usually standard in a hotel bedroom!! As the studio was newly renovated the hotel policy was to take a €200 deposit, again this was fine as we didn't intend breaking anything!! but it's a huge problem when the holding deposit takes so long to refund and then puts your current account into a charging overdraft.

Pocket Guide: Brussels Brussels Grand Place Hotels
A heart-shaped ring road defines Brussels’ city core, and most of its visitor attractions. Within these limits, the centre consists of two distinct halves. To the west is the Lower Town, a tangle of medieval streets centred on the Grand Place, a vast cobbled square surrounded by ornate Flemish buildings. To the east is the newer and more aristocratic Upper Town, a zone of palaces and parks, grand museums, and gothic churches.
