Discreet boutique hotel very close to centre

Posted 28-Apr-2015
Pros: Peacefulness. Although close to a busy area it is a haven.
Cons: A restaurant?
Location: It's close to the centre so everything is easily accessible
It's a delightful small hotel with attentive service and a lovely breakfast room. There's no restaurant but we were recommended several excellent places by the concierge all within easy walking distance. The acid test is always would you stay again? The answer is certainly yes.

Charming hotel in scenic Brugges. Great location.

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: This hotel is perfectly elegant and charming. The staff was fantastic; very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bed in our room was not very comfortable. It was two twin beds pushed together, and the ridge between the two beds was uncomfortable.
Location: Perfect location for seeing all the sites in Brugges. An easy walk to everything!
We had a truly lovely experience at The Pand. The hotel is small and charming, situated on a quiet street, and just a short walk to all the sites in Brugges. It is cozy, yet elegant, and probably one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had.

Friendly small hotel, conveniently located

Posted 13-Apr-2015
I booked Pand Hotel for a short break at Easter for my wife and me. I had read good reviews of it, and we were not disappointed. The public facilities were of a good standard, though quite limited. The breakfast room with food cooked on an old Aga made for a great start to the day. The bedroom was well appointed, though rather small. The same could be said of the bathroom. But both were clean and maintained to a good standard. The hotel's location is ideal for setting out for sightseeing or a boat trip. It's about 1 mile from Bruges station, which is not an easy walk with a suitcase (think wheels on cobbles!) but taxis can be ordered. I unreservedly recommend this hotel, and Bruges itself, to other travellers.

Lovely boutique hotel. 1st class service

Posted 12-Feb-2015
Pros: Great location. Stylish. Individual. Fantastic staff. Great breakfast. Did not use the bar, but looked very cool.
Cons: We had cheapest room, which was a touch small and no separate shower. However the bed was big and the staff service by far outweighed this.
Location: Close to everything.
Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was delightful. Ideal for a romantic get away.

Very smart and luxurious hotel.

The moment we walked into the hotel we were amazed by the decor and friendly staff. We stayed in the Ralph Lauren Jr Suite and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were helpful and we got a free voucher for an English guided tour from the hotel and it is highly recommended.

Superb service

The Pand Hotel, in my opinion has now set the benchmark for hospitality, professionalism and quality of service. The hotel staff provided a level of service that could not be faulted. Attention to detail was excellent, from the preparation of cocktails and hot chocolate at the end of a long day exploring the old town of Bruges, to booking restaurants and preparing eggs as you like them on the old stove in the dining room. We were treated with care and personal attentiveness that ensured our stay at the Pand was a memorable one and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone that is contemplating a romantic stay in Bruges.

A weekend of a lifetime!

Posted 20-Dec-2014 on Hotels.com
The Pand has everything you wish for when it comes to a romantic weekend. Cosy, friendly and you feel special. We really recommend having the breakfast (22 euro) - it was delicious and a great start to your day. The location is perfect - don't miss out on the boat-tour nearby (7,60 euro) - great value for your money. Thank you Pand for giving us a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful hotel, perfect distance from town center

Posted 15-Dec-2014
The is the perfect place to stay if you're going away with your boyfriend or girlfriend. The hotel has a romantic feel to it. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to help you, so if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask them. Each guest room was themed which I thought was great, we stayed in the navy room. I just loved the extra touches this hotel did, I would definetly recommend this hotel, being just of the town centre your down have to travel very far.

Fabulous hotel in Bruges

Posted 17-Nov-2014
Pros: Very convenient location, minutes from one of the prettiest views in Bruges and a five minute walk from the Markt. Lovely property, rooms, and staff.
This is a high-quality, utterly lovey boutique hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well-appointed, and the sitting room and bar are very inviting. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming, and maintain very high, old-world standards.
