We would consider staying again!
The accommodation was more of a B&B with convenient location and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast in the dining area was nice with some locally sourced ingredients and the hosts were helpful giving us tips what to see, offering us to use the kitchen fridge if we needed it etc. We used the Park and Ride car park in the city which has a free regular bus to the centre and the car park itself is well priced. (The closer, free, parking alongside the river was full). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. Thank you!

The house overall is very nice and comfortable. I though that our room was fine, had everything necessary. One big minus is the towels-they felt used up and we didn't get the best feeling using them (I am picky about these things so good clean towels make a difference in my stay). Bed sheets were clean. Breakfast was ok, the cold cuts, tea/coffee, jams and fruits were good, overall sufficient breakfast. My friends bathroom didn't have a door, curtain was used instead, zero privacy...Location was good. The owner of this b&b gave us major attitude when we arrived late in the evening to check in, yes we were late by a few hours but the rooms were paid for and we were driving in the rain to get there....should not have to hear anything about our "late" arrival. Although overall it was an "ok" stay, would not return there next time.

Lovely modern building in a nice quiet residential neighbourhood. The free shuttle bus from the station stops at Langerei, a 5 minute walk and its just 15 minutes walk from the Markt or along the canal to Rozenhoedkaai. The excellent folk museum is just round the corner, also the lace museum and the windmills are at the end of the road. We stayed in the double room on the first floor, there's a lift to a separate entrance. Room was very comfortable with a good size shower. The friendly hostess served an excellent breakfast and you can use the kitchen to make tea and coffee or even cook a meal. Would definitely stay here again!

A great, homely B&B located a nice walk away from the city centre. The B&B itself is an interesting modern building that sits nicely amongst the older buildings of the quaint cobbled street. Extremely nice and attentive owners. Would happily stay there again and highly recommend it.

Every home comfort in a quiet, convenient location
‘T Walleke is modern 3-storey building tucked away in the old town only a couple of blocks walk from one the main canals, and 10-15 mins from the Markt. There are 2 rooms on the middle floor, and one (ours) on the top floor along with a living room, kitchen and roof-top balcony. The owners live on the ground floor, and are very helpful (excellent breakfast). You can park park outside to load/unload, but need to park 15 mins walk away on the main road/canal surrounding the the inner city. This is the only inconvenience, apart from not being able to pay by credit card. In short, an excellent base for exploring old Bruges on foot.

Beautiful and modern BNB
Thoroughly modern and chic BNB, with lovely hosts and on a quiet street. Very accessible to all the sites, with a close bus stop if you're taking the train in. The smart design of the building gives you a private entrance with an elevator, and the room was large, bright and well appointed. Breakfast was very good, and personalized.

Gem of a B&B
The hosts were lovely and greeted us on arrival. We arrived early but our room was ready. We were given a map and a list of local attractions and the area was explained very well. The house is impeccable. We stayed on the top floor and the room was great. Breakfast was lovely (especially the croissants!) and nothing is too much trouble! We will return to Brugge and will definately stay here again.

Excellent welcome from the owners. Lovely clean and modern accomodation. Breakfast was included and was well presented. Only small complaint was that when room was cleaned the door had been left open when we returned after a day out (although i think we were the only guesys there at that point.) Well worth the money.

Very friendly
Great place to stay, owner couldn't be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the Flemish Breakfast. Our room was on the top floor, we had it all to our self even the roof top terrace, only slight grumble was the toilet was outside the bedroom on the landing and access was via a 45deg door and a similar slope over the loo, difficult for a 6 foot bloke if you see what I mean. No Air-con was a little issue in the 30 deg heat. We had access to a well appointed kitchen with a fridge and some Belgium beer( extra cost little cost about €2). Location is only about 10 mins walk to centre.

Perfect Place!
My husband and I stayed one night there and loved everything about it. The hotel owner was very gracious to us giving us a free room upgrade since we had a lot of luggage. The place is a very beautiful building with modern architecture amongst the old building in Bruges. In reality it is more a bed and breakfast place. It is a small place at walking distance of lots of sites. The breakfast was awesome as well. We give a 5 stars for this place and certainly would stay again if we come back to Belgium.

Walleke is a 3 bedroom B&B run by lovely owners. The hospitality during my stay was splendid! At the start, Theresa gave a map and brief introduction of the tourist attractions, and offered to bring the luggage upstairs. This was followed by a room and lounge tour. Everything was clean and secure. Breakfast was included and served according to a time set by each guest. Laundry service, wifi, and tv were complimentary and happily used. She and her husband were genuinely good people. After check-out at 11h00, I was allowed to store my belongings with them until my train departure. It rained heavily on and off that day. They extended their kindness further by driving me to the train station. I felt as though they were family.

Great hosts, excellent location
My experience was leaps and bounds above what I was expecting. I am used to standard hotel etiquette, with someone at the front desk to give you keys and that all. The owners of 't Walleke went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced whilst staying somewhere. They are exceptionally friendly, speak a multitude of languages, and have excellent local knowledge. I was given a map with all he major sightseeing points marked out, and great recommendations made when I asked about where to eat. Perfect location, very quiet street and 5 minutes walk from the market square. Very modern facilities, with an extraordinarily clean room Overall my stay was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again when I am next in Bruges.

The owner Trees is very welcoming and truly tries to do everything that she can to make your stay more comfortable. My sister and I only stayed for one night and we enjoyed our stay. B&B perection in Bruges
I can't rate this B&B highly enough. It would be difficult to do better. The hostess (Terese) was very kind and friendly. Individual guest rooms very comfortable and the entire set-up shows good thought has been given to providing just the right mix of personal care and privacy. The dining room and kitchen and the top floor balcony were a great bonus. Great breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend.

Arrived by motorbike from Nurburgring, We were made to feel very welcome by our host. Gave us a little tour route to follow, which made our day more interesting. On the route Tried bacon flavoured chocolate, which was nicer than it sounds , although my wife would disagree. Visited a 500 year old pub.

One of the best we've ever stayed in
Our stay was wonderful...nothing could have been better except having the time to stay longer. Parking is possible on the street with a disc which the host will provide and change for you while you are out. Breakfast includs everything tasty one could want...pastry, fine breads, elegant jams, eggs, bacon, melon...the list goes on and on. The rooms are beautiful...with everything you need. The entire house was purpose designed by an architect with terrific attention to detail and a modern sensibility....most of all, the hosts are the most compelling and endearing part of the experience. We wouldn't go back to Brugges if we could not stay with them.

Fantastic B&B close to main square
Very modern, clean, well presented establishment. The owners could not do enough for us even to the extent of helping me to find a parking space on a surrounding road and then for the next 2 days to visit the car every 4 hours to change the parking disc so that we did not get a ticket whilst we were off exploring the delights of Bruges. Breakfast was a treat with good selection. The town centre was a 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Guest House at Great Value
We stayed for three nights at the Walleke. It was about 10 minutes walk into town (a very nice walk by the canals) and it was in a quiet area which suited us. The breakfast was excellent, a good variety, including meat, cheese, bread, croissants, fruit, cereal, coffee etc. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the room we had was light and airy with comfortable beds. The owner Therese was brilliant and helped us out with anything we asked and had a great good sense of humor. She even helped to get us to the Begijnhof before we caught our train (we had missed this place because the weather had been so bad the day before). It was well worth the visit!

'T Walleke B & B, Bruges Belgium
An outstanding B & B. The hostess could not do enough for us. The property was Newman purpose built for B & B. The home was modern, and had an elevator to the second floor rooms and third floor breakfast room. A moderate walk to Cityattractions. Hostess provided maps ans detailed written summaries of attractions.

FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION, IN A GREAT LOCATION!!!
I am so glad we chose t'Walleke. The hosts (Tres & Christian) were absolutely delightful and as helpful as they could possibly be. You will simply not get this level of service from a Hotel, I promise you!! Tres cooks a great breakfast to order and nothing is too much trouble. Madame Tres is a wonderful mind of information and she enhanced our stay in Brugges. The guest house is situated in a quiet residential area but close enough to the centre of Brugges famous Grote Market & the Belfry, to easily walk it. In fact Brugges is a city you simply have to walk around to experience all that it has to offer. Just round the corner from t'Walleke is the oldest pub in Brugges. Its a great little place to both eat & drink so try it. (Tres will give you the name?) Try the Restaurant t'Vagevuur in Sint Amandsstraat (just off the Market Sq) it does wonderful Flemish Beef Stew amongst other great dishes and catered for my wife who is a vegetarian The owner was a perfect gentleman and very informative. Brugges is a must for walking around. The walk around the old city boundaries is very enjoyable and at any stage you can just turn inwards & within no time you are back in the Grote market. Every turn brings something wonderful to view from the Church of our Lady, Minniwater Park, the Modern Concert Hall, Jan Van Eckesplein, The Burg, the wonderful canals & bridges to the quite lovely shopping streets where you will get all the major brands as well as the quaint local shops.

Very nice B&B in a great location
The B&B was very easy to find, a stones throw away from the majority of the major attractions and sights, meaning we we able to walk everywhere and comfortably return whenever we wanted to drop anything off without going much out of the way. The location was lovely and quiet, and the rooms were all very tidy. If you didn't fancy eating out at any point, there is a kitchen area, where we were able to make our own dinner on the first night. We were very well taken care of and given all the information we needed to really enjoy our stay in Bruges.
