“Great hotel, great location.... great city”

Excellent hotel in a great, peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk from all the cities major sites and market places. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here next time i go to Bruges!

When to go
Christmas Market - Fantastic laid back, friendly atmosphere with excellent shopping and great Mulled Wine!

“Great central hotel”

Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Clean, friendly hotel about 10 mins walk to the main square in Brugges. Great value for money - would happily return.

“Joe & Jan”

Satisfactory in every sense. Have used other hotels in Brugge and this one ticks all the boxes for the money.

Area recommendations
An expensive designer shop town but once you get used to it, you'll always come back.

“Perfectly good family hotel”

We had a family room for two adults and two children. The room was comfortable, although not the most spacious we've ever had. The room rate was very good indeed although the breakfasts were very pricey (20 euros per adult, with children going free) and the tea-making facilities in the room amongst the meanest I've ever seen. Location is excellent - if you are planning a family trip to Bruges and don't expect to spend much time in the hotel, it's a good choice.

“Superb”

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My family were very happy with it. Modern and clean, and very comfortable. Underground car park was not too expensive. Location of hotel is excellent, on a road full of chocolate shops and Belgian beer shops. Only a short walk from the canals, the tourist attractions and the main shopping area.

Area recommendations
Go to the Marketplatz (next to the big clock tower) and enjoy a drink or meal in one of the cafes or restaurants. Or take a horse-and-carriage ride round the city - its great and not too expensive.

“Most Impressive”

My wife and I stayed for two nights in August. We were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the Novotel. It was a comfortable walk from the Brugge Railway Station. Staff were very helpful. We only had a short walk to the central town square. We would have no hesitation in staying another time.

“No irons????”

5 irons for the whole hotel! Even low range hotels have irons per room these days!! Not enjoyed having to wait half a day because I couldn't iron my garments!

“Very impressed”

Have just returnerd after spending 3 nights at this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent 10-15 minutes walk from railway station and the same to Brugge centre. Would definately stay again.

“Confortable and convenient”

Clean, service very professional, fast check in and check out, good location, supermarket and gift shops on the same street.

Area recommendations
Central market square, notre dame church, square with town brewery close to the hotel, lake area close to the hotel.
