Nice central position in Brugge,

Posted 06-Sep-2014
Pros: How clean it was
Cons: Could have done with a kettle in the room, for making proper English tea, instead of the silly tasimo that was there
Location: Close to main tourist places
Hotel was centrally located, close to market square, we had a very pleasureable stay and if we returned to Brugge, would not hesitate in booking this hotel again

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in Brugge

Posted 30-Aug-2014
The Prinsenhof is a fantastic boutique hotel near the centre of Brugge, Belgium. The hotel is located just of a major shopping street, about a ten minute walk to the town center. The style and condition of the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable. It is great to stay in a european hotel where the A/C actually works!

High quality and great service

Posted 23-Jul-2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nope, can't think of anything!
It would be too easy to go over the top with superlatives about our stay, so, if you work on an assumption that pretty much everything was fantastic, I'll just highlight the bits I thought were really, really good: staff were fantastic - friendly, welcoming, helpful and informative; we got upgraded to a better room for free; it's minutes away from the centre of town. All in all, I wouldn't even bother looking at other hotels next time we go to Bruges (Brugge). We're totally sold on this one.

Lovely hotel and staff

Posted 07-Jul-2014
Pros: Very attractive, quiet, spacious.
Cons: There is just a coffee machine in the room and it delivers a small amount in the mug provided. Very frustrating when you are tired and want to put you
Location: Central with everything handy. Brilliant restaurant behind the hotel
A lovely place to stay. Quiet, comfortable with very nice staff

Nice hotel close to center of city

Posted 24-Jun-2014
We loved our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was extra large and wonderful. The area is very quiet, with only one car passing the hotel about every 20 minutes. We recommend this hotel mightily

Outstanding hotel in every way

Posted 26-May-2014
Pros: See above
Cons: See above.
Location: The market square is less than 5 minutes walk, the churches similar. The canal perhaps 10 minutes. Several excellent restaurants within 5 minutes.
The hotel is ideally placed for the centre of Bruges. Nothing is more than 10 minutes walk away. The facilities at the hotel are excellent - everything required for a comfortable stay. Their greatest asset is the staff. They are all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would single out receptionist Karen who helped and advised us in so many ways, and enhanced our enjoyment of Bruges. In a spirit of helpfulness, I have one suggestion: the breakfast is excellent, with a huge choice. But at E19.50 per person it is extremely expensive. Had I eaten everything they offered it would have been justified. May i suggest as an alternative they also offer a continental breakfast for around E10?.
