A great place to stay - totally different to the usual bland featureless hotels. Reminded me of a victorian era cruise ship cabin. Room / cabin was small but clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location so we got a great nights sleep. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Free parking right outside the front door.
Lovely stay in comfortable family room. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Only downside was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. So we paid for room service for a hot drink and then were charged an extra 5 euro room charge each time we ordered something!
Great city centre hotel with fantastic room, even a bed turn down service with chocolates at night. Spa great but no pool. Resteraunt OK but a limited choice of food and fairly expensive; Breakfast is 25E each but is of a good standard but plenty of cafes nearby . We got a great cooked breakfast for just 9E in the square. Certainly would return again.
I picked up an offer of £65 for a night and expected adequate at best - I was so wrong! The staff were welcoming, the room was large, well presented and had a large en-suite with an excellent shower and seperate bath. The Tapas platter in the bar was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is an extremely good place to stay and is very close to the main routes.

We had a two night midweek stay at the Navarra, taking advantage of the onsite parking which made for an easy journey door to door. Staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and well equipped, however I was worried when I saw earplugs at the side of the bed! They were needed as our room was at the front of the hotel and a little noisy late at night and early morning onwards. It didn't spoil our stay. The Navarra is perfectly situated for enjoying Bruge, a short stroll to the main square, highly recommended.
There was no reception. A locked door for which a code should have been sent to us in advance, not received. Got soaking wet trying to gain entry. All communication had to be by phone. Beds were not made on arrival despite a fairly high charge for cleaning. No towels were provided, they had to be booked in advance, some were delivered after another phone call at an additional charge. No car parking as this had to be booked in advance, although no mention of this when booking, had to park about a mile away. This was not what we expected and did put a damper on our holiday.
