A dream of a place to stay
After a long journey the welcome by Stefan was fantastic and needed. The B&B is very well designed and spacious as was the room. We even had a lounge and rooftop garden to enjoy the tranquility! Breakfast was ready and waiting for us the next morning. Unfortunately we didn’t get chance to use the spa this time. Excellent all round, would definitely stay again and recommend.

just missed the mark
we chose this hotel due to the massage facilities on site, we requested a his and hers joint massage . specifically asking for a female masseur for my nervous wife, we were assured this would be the case , i guess you know whats coming. my wifes masseur was a man, she carried on with the massage as she felt awkward having to explain he was not suitable, the massages themselves were a little lightweight but pleasurable , we came away not feeling as relaxed as expected, i have had many professional massages in the past and always felt like i was floating on air afterwards, with this im afraid i just felt it was too gentle. the room was very nice , spacious and clean, the bathroom was lovely. the only downside was the 'stocked' fridge was near empty and we had to ask for drinks from downstairs, along came two plastic cups of coke.. not really what we expected. maybe cans or better still bottles unopened. Breakfast was very nice. over all we did like the hotel and the sauna wellness center facilities that came with it but felt as good as it was it could have been better with a little attention to detail and certainly a more intense massage, my wife felt the same.

Nice B & B near the old city
We arrive to the B & B around early afternoon on a wednesday. No body was there. Being from Canada we could not use our phone to reach the owner. Did not know were to park. Finally reach them with the help of an employee or owner of a store near by. WAs nice enough to call them for us and told us were to park and which way to walk to reach the city. No map. We stop in a hotel for information and they gave us one. When we came back to the B & B after supper our stuff was move to a different room We were told that we took the wrong one. We also were told that they are entitle time for the family.

Nice B&B Just Outside the Centre
The B&B is located in a quiet and affluent residential suburb just outside the historical city centre, composed of modern (approx. 30 years old) semi-detached houses with gardens at the back. Walking to the city centre takes 15 min approx. and is pleasant; it involves briefly crossing the ring-road, however this is easy, since there is a pedestrian crossing with traffic lights and the road itself is not large and not very busy. The B&B is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a detached house, above a large beauty salon owned by the same owners. Access to the B&B is through either an independent entrance or the salon. The deluxe room and its bathroom occupy the whole third floor and feel like a separate apartment; the décor is essential but pleasant, the bathroom is extremely spacious and equipped with a modern separate shower and free-standing bathtub. The breakfast is adequate; the owners, who are personable, are willing to accommodate special requests such as gluten-free breakfast.

Nice quiet area good parking for my Motor cycle

The hosts were friendly and good location as walking distance to the centre. Unfortunately, the kettle was broken and wifi didn't work. The room was very dark and no adequate lighting. Good breakfast but strange to walk through the spa treatment facilities to get to the breakfast room. I don't think it is worth €110 we paid for one night.

Beautiful Bruges and Beautiful B&B
We booked this B&B as a final stop on our holiday through Europe. Bruges is only 1.5 hours away from Eurotunnel and was a nicer place to stop than Calais. The B&B is above a spa and I only wish I'd had time to have a treatment there as it looked fab. There are only 3 bedrooms and we stayed in the cocoon room. The room was beautifully decorated. A very large walk in shower in the bathroom. A really nice calming place to sleep - especially after having spent a lot of the previous 2.5 weeks in a tent! It is located in a quiet neighbourhood which we chose especially as it had free parking for our car which was packed with the camping gear. This is actually on the street but given the quiet neighbourhood this wasn't a problem. Bruges is only a 10 min walk away like others have said but we arrived to typical british raining weather so drove into town which was probably less than 5 mins away to a large secure car park which was max of 10 euros for 24 hours. Then a very quick walk and you were in centre of Bruges, which is beautiful. Price also included breakfast which again was great continental breakfast in lovely room downstairs near the spa. We definitely plan on taking a trip back and would certainly stop again here again with no hesitation

Great stay at the B&B! Beautiful room and great breakfast. Very relaxing stay for our honeymoon. Staff very friendly. Not too far from the down town core, just far enough to be away from any noise.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is a short walk form the old town of Bruges, no more than 10mins though, so unless its raining this is no problem. The owners are a nice couple (from what I could tell, she ran the Spa and he ran the B&B part) there are only 4 rooms and when we stayed it was full but I didn't even realise there were other guests staying until breakfast. So it was nice an quiet.

The husband and wife that own and service this B&B were great people, they also operate a spa downstairs. The place smells amazing since your room is just up the stairs from the spa. The B&B is in a residential neighborhood, and about a 15 minute walk from city center; this was great for us since we like to avoid large crowds and we needed the extra exercise to combat all the beer, chocolate, and waffles we were having. It also made it quieter since you are out of the city center. There is a lovely park trail that you can walk down next to a canal to get into town then you walk through one of the old city gates, it was a lovely way to be introduced to Bruges. The room we stayed in was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The toiletries provided were very nice, and they had an excellent hair dryer. Note that there was not a traditional stand up shower, but they had a hand held shower head in the awesome oversized bath tub. They also have a parking spot on the side of the B&B that they offer free of charge if you drove. The breakfast included was traditional European, and delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a great stay.

very friendly couple made us feel welcome
very good breakfast and our son was very well catered for.it was a little bit away from the centre but very quiet and as long as you don't mind a 10 minute walk it was a good place to stay and as Bruges is such a beautiful city it was lovely to walk through the little streets to the centre.the couple who owned the b&b were very friendly and helpful and gave us a map and directions to all places to visit.

Easy walk to town, quiet neighbourhood, parking was street parking but easy as there was plenty available, clean, nicely furnished rooms, delicious breakfast and lovely hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We were excited to arrive but found our small dark room disappointing. The wifi connection was too weak to use in the room. The bed was made without sheets. The owner was nice but wasn't able to overcome the disappointing experience. Breakfast was weak and location in residential neighborhood wasn't conducive to walking anywhere. Although parking is included - it is street parking where you can find it. Also misleading...

Hotel au calme avec literie confortable et assez propre dans l'ensemble. Pas mal de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Seul bémol, les finitions qui laissent à désirer, poignée des portes qui ne tiennent pas ainsi que les plinthes, pommeau de douche qui fuite, et d'autres petits détails.

Les personnes de l'hôtel sont très serviables, ils parlent le français! Par contre, nous avions réservé une chambre double de Luxe... à notre grande surprise les photos sur le site de l'hôtel non rien du tout à voir avec la réalité de la chambre, décoration nul, couleurs fades,propreté moyen, alors le petit bar dans la chambre, un coca, une eau et deux bouteilles d'orangeade mais...pas d'ouvre bouteille!!!!! Pour une nuit ça passe mais pas plus !

Nous avons loué la luxury room, elle est conforme au photo. La chambre est gigantesque, la salle de bain est grande aussi. La chambre est bien insonorisée, la baignoire est immense, nous nous sommes prélassés dedans ! Literie très confortable et le chauffage est de bonne qualité. Nuit parfaite ! Le petite déjeuner est copieux et excellent,il y a de tout et on se sent privilégié dans cet endroit. Bravo aux propriétaires ! Seul mini bémol : sur les photos, on voyait des peignoirs et nous avons eu des essuies, ce que nous trouvons juste moins agréables mais rien de très important.

Bon pour une nuit si on n'est pas trop regardant
Vu notre arrivée tardive, l'hôtesse nous a transmis les instructions pour accéder à notre chambre en son absence. Cela nous a permis de faire la route, sans trop de pression. Nous occupions la chambre "Cocoon" pour 2 personnes. Elle est acceptable, malgré la déco fort sombre et aux finitions qui laissent à désirer. De plus, nous avions l'impression que quelqu'un avait déjà dormi dans notre lit car il n'était pas très net et couvert de coussins à la propreté douteuse. Réveil dès 7h avec le démarage du chantier dans la rue, pas terrible... Peut-être les hôtes pourraient-ils fournir des boules quies aux clients durant la période des travaux? Le petit-déjeuner est servi entre 8h30 et 10h30, mais il faut pour cela traverser le centre de SPA au rez-de-chaussée du BB (il fallait le savoir...). Il est varié et copieux de sorte qu'il nous a fait oublié les désagréments de la nuit et le réveil très matinal.

Nous sommes venus en couple pour fêter notre anniversaire et visiter Bruges. Premièrement, la situation de cet hébergement est idéale car il se trouve très proche à pied du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Au niveau de l'accueil, la dame est charmante est fait l'effort de parler français et d'indiquer toutes les choses à voir de Bruges et les restaurants. La chambre est confortable, j'ai vu sur d'autres avis une plainte sur la propreté, cette personne doit être très exigeante car la chambre était propre tant au niveau du linge, que du sol et de la salle de bain. Nous avons eu la chambre foncée ( murs gris et salle de bain noire ) et cette ambiance est vraiment sympatique. La salle de bain est très large, ce qui est très agréable pour 2 personnes. Le seul "bémol" est que la salle de bain est ouverte, l'avantage est que cela fait spacieux, mais du coup il manque de l'intimité pour aller au toilettes... Après, j'imagine que certains couples ne sont pas génés pour ça mais nous, même après 8 ans, continuons de fermer la porte en allant aux WC. Mais ceci n'est qu'un détail. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons vraiment apprécier les petites attention sur notre table, œufs de pâque, mini cakes au chocolar, œuf dur, salade de fruits frais, en plus des viennoiseries, pains et autres. Notre séjour s'est vraiment bien passé et cet endroit est à conseiller. Par contre nous avons pris 2 nuits mais pour visiter Bruges je pense qu'une seule nuit convient.

Séjour de 2 nuits fin février, l entrée ce fait par le salon d esthétise ,nous avons attendu un petit moment avant que qq n arrive,ce n est pas un soucis pour nous...Accueil correct,détail de la langue car nous ne parlons pas néerlandais, la patronne nous a tout de suite mis à l aise avec son très bon français. ..visite des lieux par ces soins.La chambre était au dernier étage, avec salle de bain séparée.Frigo brusant la nuit,nous avons enlever la prise!!!nous avons eu un peu froid la nuit,la couette étant super fine!!!mais bon... Présence de sachet de café avec bouilloire mais pas se tasse ni sucre ni lait,frigo contenant 2 canettes de coca .Salle de bain énorme des bougeoirs contenant d ancienne bougies utilisees mais pas de bougie de remplacement ni d allumette... (je ne voyage pas avec des bougies dans ma valises !!!!)pas de porte serviettes,2 pouf pour déposer celle ci...pas de distributeur de savon..pantoufle en caoutchouc portée par tout le monde,ainsi que les peignoirs mais très propre.Présence de 2 poêles au pétrole, un dans la chambre l autre dans la salle de bain je trouve ça dangereux pour la qualité de l air dans ces pièces. TRÈS BON petit déjeuner ainsi que la qualité des services (massages payant)le sauna ,hamam le sont également. ..Très agréable week end,l hôtel ce situe à 15 m à pied du centre..

Goede ligging, vriendelijke eigenaren en in nette staat. Alleen jammer van dat de sauna faciliteiten erg duur zijn en het wifi het niet deed in de kamers. Verder zeker een om aan te raden.

Bemüht aber schlechte Ausführung
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. nach der Ankunft bekamen wir einen Stadtplan und ausführl. Erklärungen über die Lokalitäten und Empfehlungen der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Anschließend wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung verfügt dieses Hotel über 4 anstatt 3 Zimmer. 3 befinden sich auf der 1. Etage, das 4. unterm Dach, welches unser Zimmer war. Genauer gesagt waren es zwei Zimmer, da Schlafraum und Bad durch den öffentlichen Flur getrennt waren. Der Schlafraum war spärlich eingerichtet. Neben dem Bett gab es einen Kühlschrank, sowie ein Regal. Desweiteren einen Gasofen und eine Heizung. Möglichkeiten seine Kleidung u. Jacken zu verstauen bzw. aufzuhängen gab es nicht. Es gab einen Schrank auf dem Flur, der jedoch öffentlich und nicht abschließbar war. Das Zimmer war vorbereitet für Gäste, jedoch nicht sauber. Einen Staubsauger hatte das Zimmer nicht gesehen, da überall Staub/Haare auf dem Boden waren. Es gab keinen Schreibtisch, wie in der Hotelbeschreibung beschrieben. Das Bad machte erst einen guten Eindruck. Es gab eine große Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine Toilette und Waschbecken. Slipper und Mäntel standen bereit. Der Gute Eindruck verflog schnell als wir die mit Resten des Vorgastes verdreckten Toilette bemerkten. Ebenso lagen wieder überall Haare rum. Es gab nur eine halbe Rolle Klopapier. Kein Shampoo für Wanne/Dusche. Zum Überfluss war das Bad nicht abschließbar(!), da der Schlüssel verloren wurde lt. Personal.
