Chamar de checkin antecipado a opção de pagar para chegar horas antes no hotel, não confere, pois quarto só é liberado próximo ao horário de checkin, sugiro mudar para o nome Day-use, pois pode usar o espaço pagando antecipado. Vc chega recebe um número de controle na comanda, que não funciona, fomos abordados diversas vezes conferindo o nome de quem estava a reserva, uma situação desagradável. Para saber a programação do hotel somente por QRCod, se não quiser ficar com o celular, não tem impresso e nenhum local com informativo. Solicitei nota fiscal e não recebi, nem no dia, nem por email conforme informado. As informações mto desencontradas, cada um fala uma coisa, péssima a questão de treinamento. TV troca o numero dos canais e não ficamos sabendo, tem que ficar procurando para qual canal foi alterado. Horário do almoço do domingo é modificado devido checkout e ninguém avisa. Funcionamento da sauna, somente a tarde, não abre de manhã. Parque aquático, não considero como, um local que tem somente toboágua. Atendimento na piscina ótimo, principalmente da funcionária Bianca e outro rapaz (que acabei não pegando o nome). E no restaurante o serviço de garçom mto bom !! Comida excelente os chef de cozinha está de parabéns !!

Atendimento Péssimo não vale o preço.
Propaganda enganosa, não consegui considerar um resort, comida ruim e com poucas opções, péssimo atendimento em todas as áreas, quarto desconfortável e pequeno. Pelo valor atual nâo vale nem um pouco o custo beneficio, antecipei 02 dias meu checkout de tão ruim que foi a experiência.

O hotel é grande e tem bastante opções de lazer, mas as instalações no geral estão um pouco antigas, como por exemplo os quartos e o playground. Os horários das refeições também não são muito flexíveis, apesar da comida ser razoável. Pelo preço que cobram esperava mais.
