There was no WIFI or microwave or fridge in the room. Even though the room was clean the surroundings were too dirty. We booked the room for 2 days, but left the property after 1 day. They refunded 50$, thats a great relief for us.
I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. Absolutely disgusting, I’m not sure you can even call it a hotel. The shower didn’t work, door doesn’t lock, cockroaches on the floor, there are no sheets on the bed and used tissues under the comforter. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot and the police arrived. We left after 30 minutes without sleeping here.
The 1st room had the shower head broken, no microwave like it was advertised if I’m not mistaken. The front desk person was very nice, he put me on a 2nd room that was even worst. It was dirty and smelled like vomit. I ended up not staying and went to another hotel. Don’t have a complaint at all about the front desk guy, but it seems like they’re not communicating with their maintenance personnel very well. Because the front desk guy thought that the 2nd room was already cleaned.

I know you were told if you had any concerns or issues to call the front desk and we would be glad to assist you . if you ever decide to stay here please dont hesiitate to say something to someone of our staff. we had no idea your concerns since you never mentioned it the two times you called for other things.
Never got to stay there the guy saying I was there in another room under a different name and that I had to pay a 200 deposit to stay there when he told someone else 50 and site say 50

We couldn't find your reservation in month of June 2021. When did you stay at our hotel and who was the person in charge accused of stealing? There has to be a reason why it happened. We can followup on this.
My boyfriend and i traveled here from louisiana for an evacuation the 3 hour drive took us 10 hours when we finally arrived the night staff was insanely rude and almost didnt give us our room that i had booked she wouldnt even take a look at her computer. I finally got her to we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. Then when we went up to our rooms the stair case was all busted up on both sides with caution tape on them. The site says free wifi theres no wifi. No breakfast because of covid which is understandable. It was just a bad experience.

Really sorry to hear about your bad experience. There is no justification of what you went through, we can give you a free night when you come next time. We are undergoing remodeling and we couldn't close out bookings on Expedia sooner and had a surge of people showed up due to Delta hurricane. We will try to do better.
This is the nastiest room I ever stayed in.. the toilet the tubes were Disgusting. I did not shower that’s how nasty it was. The first room that was giving had trash all on the floor and the second room was no better hated it here will never go back

The front desk lady was very nice. The room was disgusting and smelt like smoke!! Very uncomfortable bed, empty beer bottles left in the trash can, dirty towels left on the bathroom floor, filthy bathtub, no ice machine, no breakfast, no wifi. Save your money and go else where.

Pretty Decent room for the price you pay. The front desk lady seems overwhelmed but giving a smile she will smile back ;-) Room is clean overall but WiFi is poor. Even includes a little fridge!!

The place was being remodeled on the exterior but inside was clean and quaint. Off the beaten path and quiet. At the price on hotels.com it was just what we needed

surroundings were clean and well lighted. The rooms were also very clean, the a/c in my room wasn’t working and the attendant came up to the room to see what was wrong with it. He wasn’t able to fix it so he move me to another room right away. The only thing I didn’t like was not knowing that if you paying with cash you have to a exact change. The first night I booked a room I had to run to the nearest gas station and asked for change and it was like almost midnight.

Advertised breakfast included, but there was no breakfast. Refridgerator didnt work. No ice machine in the entire hotel, said i had to go to the gas station and buy a bag if i wanted ice. Plus, the people at the front desk were rude.

Didnt know this place existed for some many years and the stay was horrible. They have bad signal couldn't use cell phone,no wifi connection andno phones in rooms. In the middle of taking a shower the water turned off had to walk to office since they have no phones in room. Their breakfast is ridiculous. Corn flakes from the bottom of the bag with powder milk,bread for toast with the ends only left,coffee no cream. I didn't think box TVs still exist but they do. Hey for $40 get what you get and don't throw a fit.
