Never been so stressed
What a stress. Booked months ago. Received confirmation on Monday for Friday night. 5 rooms booked for colleague reunion. Arrive late afternoon to be met by security guards. No longer a hotel, now a hostel. Hotels.com did a good job in sprting a much better hotel so they did all the could. IBIS.... taking the money and forgetting that they willl still need customers once the govt stops paying them money.

A basic hotel, which is simply a place to get your head down. The beds were uncomfortable, but at least they had hot water.

Receptionist on arrival was first class. Friendly efficient helpful and very instructive. Rooms okay - on top floor with only velux window. Has to close the window as it was letting in rain - not other means of ventilation.

Budget is an understatement!!
The bedroom was dated and very shabby. The bathroom had definitely seen better days In the morning I had 5 insect bites suggested on check out they needed to check the room for bugs. Would not stay here again!
