“Not Impressed”

There was no pool, no fitness and it was never stated to me that they have been doing construction for more than a year. It should have been up on their website. But besides that i really disliked how dirty the room was. the bed was alright but if you moved the mattress you'd see dirt and old chips like no one has cleaned there before. Also the towels had hair on them!!! The service was good and so was the breakfast. The only thing id complain about is the rooms. I would not go there again.

“Not Impressed”

The Hotel is under construction. Our bathtub was to dirty and stained that we didn't shower. It was very dusty in the room and none of the vending machines were working. As you walk into the hotel there was some freaky dried up fruit and peppers hanging over the entrance to the hotel. When we asked what that was the girl at the counter didn't give us an answer and acted like she had never seen it before. The neighborhood surrounds looked like it was in shut down mode. Many businesses were closed down. We had to travel quite a bit to find a restaurant to have dinner.

“Hell Hole”

Room was flooded, TV and vending machine was broken, pool & jacuzzi was broken and out of service. bad neighborhood. OK to get into hotel but hard to get out of. Only good thing was the people that work there. They were friendly and helpful.

“Under Renovation is an understatement”

Walking through the lobby, noticed that there was a musty and mildew smell in the air. The hallways did have ac, upon entering the king room that I requested; there was a stench of smoke. I asked for another room, since it was close to midnight and it looked like there were a lot of vacancies, I was given another room but not a king room; two full size beds...the beds were very uncomfortable and the room had a musty smell as well. Breakfast was a joke, pastries, fruit and the coffee was horrible. The renovations that were going on occurred during the daytime to avoid noisy nights, but the customers that the hotel had didn't think about sleeping at 1am...had to call security. I would highly recommend another hotel, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Hampton Inn other than this one.

“Smells Bad”

This hotel has been undergoing renovations for over a year now and both times we have noticed that there are strong foul odors in the halls and to some extent in the rooms. There are always people hanging out in the halls and they seem to be locals with no where to go. The surrounding area does not seem safe and the local news talks of many crimes there. We thought they would have the place looking/smelling much better by now since we stayed there a year ago, but it hadn't changed at all.
