My wife and I only stayed one night at this Hotel but were very pleased with the clean,
excellent accommodation, and would highly recommend this Hotel. We would be happy to stay there again.
The breakfast was excellent, everything you could wish for and beautifully served.
The owners were friendly and very helpful.
My husband and I stayed at the Hotel from Friday to Sunday. Hotel clean and well furnished. The full English Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. The staff were all very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.
This really is an ideal hotel to stay at before an early train crossing the following morning. Pet friendly, - which is a big bonus. Parking facilities are excellent. We had pre-booked our 2 rooms via the Internet for Sunday 14th September 2014, and there was absolutely no problem with checking in. On this occasion, however, there was a simply outstanding lady on the front desk (Anita, I think?) who was the most helpful, polite, and friendly receptionist I have encountered in a very long time, who offered assistance with restaurant advice and eating suggestions. We decided to order via a delivery service to our rooms as it was fairly late, and she made sure we had cutlery and crockery, along with a choice of wine which could be bought over the desk! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well set up with free wifi, if wanted. We had a good night's sleep and were up and off with no delay early the next morning. It is extremely rare to find such a truly pleasant, well spoken and helpful lady (or guy!) on a hotel desk, unless one is staying in a considerably more 'up-market' establishment. Anita is to be congratulated
Large bedroom with comfortable king bed. Separate bathroom and also a very comfortable separate lounge with dining table where breakfast is brought to you. Very well appointed and the owners have given every attention to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. There is a private outside area with view to the sea where you can enjoy a glass of wine!
Forget four star hotels with small space - this beats them by a mile.
Arrived on Sunday 10th August, to a very warm and friendly welcome from Reception. Our room was wonderful 107; they are gradually refurbishing this establishment and we were lucky enough to have one of these refurb. rooms. Decorated stylishly in Gold and Turquoise, beautiful 4 poster bed, comfortable easy chairs and table to sit and read, by the window enjoying a sea view.Gorgeous walk in shower en suite, large overhead shower head, with jets to the body as well which could be turned off if chosen to.Comfortable clean and cosy.
From the very start of our stay right through to departure we were looked after superbly. Great room- contemporary and clean, great staff - extremely helpful and cheerful, great breakfast and lovely finishing touches, like the complimentary cake and drinks and great location, very close to the sea front. We couldn't fault The Relish in any way and will certainly stay here again if we come back to Folkestone.

It was the first time that I was down in Folkestone and I didn't want to stay in a Travelodge. I was down on businsss and wanted somewhere close to the coast. You have to check in at the skuba bar but the staff was extremely friendly and guided me right to my room.
Room was lovely and big, clean and perfect for what I needed.
I ordered food from the skuba bar - delicious burger n chips can't go wrong
